The first info we had was HKS went out once for food - I believe he said this on the stand in Seidlin's court. To a place like a 7-11 store.....because "not many things are open in the Bahamas at that time of night".
Then we learned - and I don't remember where this came from - that evidently Stern went out in the early morning hours - but if so he did not talk about that in Seidlin's court.
The next thing we learn is that Daniel was seen taking his mom to the bathroom at 6:00 AM the next morning.
We know from Stern on the stand in Seidlin's court saying Daniel said, "Why am I so sleepy" = and HKS saying looking back he wished he had paid more attention to that question by Daniel.....
So the Nannies' comments that Daniel went out with Stern after he got there at the hospital and saw the baby and his mom - is NEW NEWS to me.
His stepdaughter in this movie appears to be in the pivotal role.
It is another sickening story about someone who proclaimed hiw wife to be the "love of his life"......yet he murdered her brutally.
I think this was posted previously but, read this. HKS says on LKL he went out for food, but did Daniel go with him? It says on the way *from* the airport, but at 1:15? (it says September 9 but I believe that should be the 10th?)
