I don't think you need to choose between those observations, Liz. I think they're both correct because trashing Opri, a) Lends sympathy to Birkhead who may later be deemed as having no recourse but to make moves that generate money; and b) Does weaken an attack against Stern by halting or stalling pleadings by him that would have been timely filed had Opri remained in the Bahamas. It was there she promised (albeit with a big mouth), to have the child returned to the United States, where Dannielynn is by law, a citizen.

All calculated moves. All in furtherance of the goal of check-mate.

I'd like to see you are right in your theory on Birkhead. It's certainly possible.

Right after she interviewed Barth, Jami Floyd said that HKS plans to stay in the Bahamas and probably will have no problem getting a job because, “as we all know, he was well regarded as an attorney before Anna Nicole.”

Also, Jami Floyd, in regard to the Duke case, just said that these boys, who “do not need the money, should just move on. They have resources; they have smart parents with money.”

She is despicable.

Well, I know this seems to be a small detail to the Stern Crime team, which consists of lawyers who fly all over creation injecting themselves into trials in states where they have know license to practice......But there is the tiny problem that HKS is not licensed to practice law in the Bahamas.

I think we all agree that Dannie Lynn is the most important part of all these events...That's where our heart is and what we hoped would happen, Larry is the father, has been proven.

To Howard, Dannie Lynn was just part of a "SCRIPT" and he took every opportunity to present himself as "concerned" about Dannie Lynn but apparently he wasn't concerned about Anna...not on the day he ran to the boat.

Anna....she was so, so sick on Monday when she arrived at the Bahamas. IIRC, orignially, Moe said HE gave her an ice bath...something he learned from his grandmother. (We all remember that beauty).

I'm not certain, but I don't think that he even mentioned KE OR HOWARD as part of that bath scenario. I guess we have to assume they were there...because KE told us that AFTER in one of her little speeches.

I went to (google) ShowBuzz, CBS News, 2-13-07. It shows the room layout and also a brief on a sidebar of what was known. Seems she was ordering soup after her "flu" not Spinach Crabcakes and such.

Notice also that on the morning she died, Howard says nothing about giving her fluids. KE and Howard better get their stories straight because she should have been getting lots of fluids.

Didn’t we talk about how awful her hair looked those last few months of her life, ESPECIALLY at the photos at the hardrock. Talk about straw hair.

Not to mention “fluid retention, especially around the eyes” We all commented on the awful bags under her eyes.
