IIRC Milstein is making a claim for $175,000 from DL Stern’s trust fund of $200,000. Since Stern was the trustee - at the time of the Seidlin hearing (paternity had not yet been established) it has to be Stern’s problem.

Have been searching for verification of the Milstein request for payment - cannot find ANYTHING - Greta does refer to it on her blog.

Found this - which may explain why Seidlin chose this guy as GAL!!!!!!

I used to use actuarial tables for insurance quotes;)

Interesting observation by Gloria Allred on Fox(?) she noted that the Search Warrants servers included the California Department of Insurance!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think this is HUGE! We know that Howie & Anna would not have filed MEDICAL claims..probably didn’t even carry health insurance.

BUT - what about those SEVEN LIFE insurance policies that O’Quinn referred to? Insurance fraud? Have to add that to my list;)

I would venture a guess that a life insurance policy (or two) were on Daniels life. A policy on a young person costs hardly anything at all. When Howie stated there was no insurance, did he (or whomever) say that he didn’t take a policy out or that there were none?

O`QUINN: I`ve been told by sources that should know the truth that there were seven life insurance policies on Anna Nicole`s life, and the beneficiary was her son, who died under suspicious circumstances, and the alternative beneficiary is Stern.

O`QUINN: Seven, I`m told.

Hey...Wait until they get to the books...and transferring funds within a certain time period prior to death and prior to filing bankruptcy...and then there have to be jewelers involved...

KE as Anna's trusted friend isn't working. I'm sure she has bills.

I think Howard, Larry and KE...will be very quiet for a while. And the attorneys will go silent.

HOward's parents have been quiet. I believe they knew the day would come.

I’ll bet it was mandatory that Trimspa carry a policy on her....and Howard was the beneficiary.

Any insurance company that has paid out money on Anna can come forward. I'll even bet they had their own investigators on it. It may be that her policies were taken out by KE (and paid by her)..with KE and Howard as beneficiaries. Who knows?

So, at the time of Seidlin's court, it may be that they had not submitted for payment...and therefore...there was no insurance money.

KInda like Howard's: "Under Bahama Law, I am the father".

I bet you are right, Sacajaweau. Sodpoodle, (or anyone) what comments were made by HKS or assoc after O’Quinn made those about the life insurance. I know some were made but for the life of me, I can’t remember! :(

Howard has a specific gesture when he wants to give out "exactly what he rehearsed". He knew he was going to get the question....but the agreement with Seidlin was that he wouldn't be asked if he was the "biological father".

Seidlin said it: "We won't go there". "We agreed that we wouldn't go there". (Who's the "WE".

There is no way he can cover his tracks. His appetite was bigger than his brain. Narcissist - believed he had prepared the ultimate banquet - two main courses, presented superbly....but left a mess in the kitchen!!!

Thinking about KE and the houses. I remember the article about each of them decorating a room in the other's house. Betcha there's lotsa videos.

Still don't really know how the relationship between KE and Anna started. I have a feeling she's connected to the Stern family somehow. Just a gut feeling. We know Rale lived on the same street as Howard when they were kids. Maybe we have to connect KE to Rale??

Either he is incredibly incompetent or he was bribed.

I wish I had kept records and files like some of the members here, because I remember reading that Dr. Perper thanked Khristine Eroshevich for helping him reach his decision. She definitely had a personal interest in how this autopsy was ruled, and Perper should be investigated for seeking advice from someone with a conflict of interest,IMO. I think several people need to be investigated regarding their decisions and actions during these two mysterious deaths.

I remember that, too. I also remember that Perper said if something comes out of Danny's inquest, he could change his opinion. I'm sure Wecht remembers him saying that.

Cause of death is sometimes ambiguous because some things are unknown. Perper did his job...and if he was duped by KE, he's got a fall guy...insufficient information.

Wonder what KE forgot to tell him? Wonder WHEN she made her plane reservations to "GET OUT OF TOWN" because it was supposedly a last minute "necessity" to get to Ca? If she left the evening BEFORE Anna died, all she did was sleep and call in the morning....when Anna was okay. Baloney...Bet she was instructing Howard on "HOW TO". dON'T FORGET TO CONSIDER THE 3 HOUR TIME DIFFERENCE.
