Any insurance company that has paid out money on Anna can come forward. I'll even bet they had their own investigators on it. It may be that her policies were taken out by KE (and paid by her)..with KE and Howard as beneficiaries. Who knows?
So, at the time of Seidlin's court, it may be that they had not submitted for payment...and therefore...there was no insurance money.
