Someone has been tailing Howard and perhaps he has even made friends with them. Maybe KE has set him up...since she would be Howard's fall guy.

Just made breaking news here, too. But they didn’t say who or where in ours. I assumed it’s Dr KE. They said it was DOJ.
Maybe we'll get stuff with fingerprints and DNA out of this. Always said there's a particular reason that Howard didn't want to give up his DNA....besides "fatherhood".
I hope KE has turned on him, what a disgrace that he has never paid for his contributions to Annas death.

TMZ has learned that the California Department of Justice began serving search warrants Friday in connection with the death of Anna Nicole Smith. One was served this morning at the home of Anna’s psychiatrist Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, and we’re told Howard K. Stern was actually there at the time!
We’re told that eight warrants were served altogether and may be connected to the Department’s investigation of Dr. Eroshevich. Sources say the warrants were served at several businesses connected to Anna’s doctors and at a storage facility.
As TMZ first reported, the Medical Board of California is investigating Eroshevich ordered a virtual pharmacy of drugs for Anna, five days after her son Daniel died.
Nope - I think HKS turned *in* KE, not *on*.
It would be nice if they had put a bug on KE...as part of a deal.
They must know what they're looking for....and I suspect they'll find a lot more.
Yeesh, it’s probably about the ANS paintings she allegedly stole to sell. If she was moving, like we heard (to NYState), perhaps her neighbor LB *saw* stuff being moved that he recognized.
I wouldn’t put it past HKS to make it all about ANS memorabilia, rather than drug misdeeds!
He could have fired her....especially when Howard learned that what Anna was being given could kill her. Both KE and Howard were on the phone and were told the same thing on the same day by the same person.
But the AG’s office is where Gary’s wife works.

I believe so....I think they decorated a room in each others house. IIRC...The one Anna made at KE’s was “sexual” in nature...really wierd...sadistic. Don’t even want to think about it.
Remember, HKS said he was just there in Studio City 2 days before he was in NYC for LKL. He and LB must’ve been spying on KE.
Nope - pointing to KE is HKS’s *best defense is a good offense.* And we know he’s offensive!

Doubt it. HKS’s parents probably wouldn’t pay for that far of a trip to see DL, lol. If he goes home to Sherman Oaks to see them and stay at his Santa Monica apt, he gets brownie points and maybe more of their *retirement money.*
IOW, I feel sure he went to Studio City to see DL, where LB would’ve been.
