Moe is an actor. He was probably thinking this was his big break. As for him being a source..I don’t think so. Rita busted him for having an affair. He may have talked to other ppl but never directly to Rita. I get the feeling only the PI’s, Eric Gibson, and Brigitte may have talked to Rita. The PI’s did all the work and she used them as sources which if my previous theory is correct may save her behind in court.

I would have been hard pressed not to smack that Liz Thompson who, IMO, has been bought and paid for by HKS or associates.

Tracy Ferguson of Callenders took affidavits from the nannies and paid them $100 per the Lincoln Bain video.
Tracy Ferguson used to be Ford Shelley’s attorney. But I guess, since GBThompson is suing Callenders - she may no longer represent Shelley.
Point is - there are affidavits - related to the nannies employment with Anna. This is what is troubling HK$ - they can refute any claim that he cared and nurtured Anna - 2 against 1. They are on record as stating he was cruel and uncaring. Plus, his worst nightmare, he can no longer depend on Moe for support!
The only explanation for Bain’s & Liz Thompson’s demeaning attitude toward Rita is her connection to US media - but without payola - an opportunity to *stick it to an American journalist* - they had something she wanted, but was unwilling to pay for. Unlike HK$ who cottoned on to *pay your way* in the Bahamas.

Go to TMZ article says that HKS was actually there when warrant served at the home of KE.
