I’m still not ‘clicking’ on why HKS would want to clear ANS of anything that would connect her to Daniel’s death...his only out, IMO, would be to make that exact connection - how better to get himself off the suspect list? what am I missing?
about as guilty sounding as his signing the death certificate as ‘appointed executor’, not friend, not attorney, not husband or S/O..
thinking about it, the expression, ‘there is no affidavit’ seems to be at forefront. I believe they did see the video, did tell Clark about it, but didn’t sign anything called, ‘an affidavit’...are they just being cagey about it, holding out for a ‘better’ interview? are they afraid that Gibson’s machine will deport them (they are illegal hatians) seeing how HKS is now buddy-buddy with pappaGibson? - hopefully, Clark had a minirecorder going when he spoke to them...
found it very very interesting that HKS is claiming now on LKL, that the ‘data card ‘and a ‘camcorder’ were ‘stolen from the room’ allegedly by Big Moe, who still hasn’t returned them. Match that, with HKS’s prior claim that he had ‘downloaded’ the images already...
so maybe we were right -— HKS downloaded the datacard and put it back into ANS’s camera without deleting the images... that has to be significant somehow
To me, HKS spent the entire time defending himself from being gay (30 minutes) and the rest of the time whining about ‘what would DL think?” (about HIM) (and whom he’d just seen ‘days ago’)
HKS goes straight to the point that ANS’s death was ‘accidental OVERDOSE’ and tries again to make us believe ANS was terminally depressed - it was Anna’s fault, sure was! accidental overdose suicide! from CH that disappeared magically from her bedroom. He doesn’t care what DL thinks about that, tho.
KE said it was she who first prescribed CH for ANS. KE who was on the phone with HKS while talking to Dr. Kapoor begging him to send drugs. Is there a single anti-depressant on the Perper list of rx’s found in the room or in her tox tests prescribed by KE?
Why were they ‘treating’ ANS’s ‘depression’ only with muscle relaxers, anti-siezure medication, hypnotics and other CNS depressants? couldn’t HKS google the meds to see what they were? he sure googles chatrooms and messageboards I heard....
His arguments tonite on LKL were weak and pitiful and, worse of all, self-serving. Too bad LK didn’t ask HKS how much DL was getting in licensing fees for that pink ANS sloop daddyGibson is racing...

It might have worked if they hadn't found it in Anna's system during autopsy, NEW presciptions hadn't been written and it was found in the fridge.
Since KE would have written the prescriptions, Howard easily implicated KE. That's what you call blackmail.
Remember also, that Anna "lost her memory IN THE HOSPITAL" when Danny died. That was said by her attorney..the one Howard fired after she died...the one who was, I believe, also Danny's attorney.
1st: He should have never said that she lost her memory.
2nd: He should have never said the "no methadone in 5 months"
3rd: He should have never claimed to be the father
4th: He should have never insisted on that phony marriage (Remember, KE said she "convinced Anna" to marry Howard).
Howard should have never put his name on the birth certificate.
ALL those events are based on LIES and are evidence of a conspiracy to commit...But Howard was by "all these things" covering his bases to get "control" of the estate....which he got...but it take blackmailing Larry to get it....which is likely the "sperm donor" bit (and probably much more) and "destroying" Virgie.
What we still don't know regarding "The I hate mommy video" is if in fact, Virgie pulled the tape on her answering machine and has it...has records of phone calls to Anna (which she can get) and what Danny told the PI...who has gone silent.
We have also not heard from Marino...
Fiddling with a camera to take pictures of Danny?? Give me a break.
Howard is one gross, sick individual....and watch out...because they may be his defense in the end.

So - the most egregious error in Rita’s book is accusing HK$ & Brikhead of homosexuality!!!! Then all Rita has to do is apologize: “I am truly sorry for believing claims and representations that were made & verified, and which have since been retracted. I, unlike Messrs. Stern & Brikhead am not homophobic and the inclusion of their close relationship was incidental to their subsequent cooperation.” (That should fix their TMZ, ET & other Hollywood access;)
That BS about Dannielynn being damaged psychologically by Rita’s book will be nothing compared to reading about Anna’s drug addiction, bi-sexuality and the ridiculous concurrent, polygamous *love affairs* between her mother, HK$ & LB (her two daddies). Of course HK$ is delusional!!!!
As for *protecting DL*, Virgie’s complaint against HK$ is a perfect demonstration of the hatred and damage (caused by HK$)to DL’s biological grandmother and that *Mommie Dearest* video should scar the child for eternity!!!!

I mean I know Howard allegedly didn't write that will but surely he would have objected and took Anna to a lawyer who could write a better one? To me, that will was a joke.

Looking over the previous posts: The very fact that two persons died in the same way who had somebody in common has led to thorough investigations of foul play although initially deemed accidents or suicide. Case after case these ended in murder convictions.

We have also uncovered the fact that you had a vasectomy in 1998, about the time you met my mother and that there was no reversal of that action. That information came about from a claim by a young Californian woman that you were the father of her child.
YOUR HONOR: I would like to submit an affidavit signed and notarized by my father, Larry Birkhead prior to his death, "and a video" ackowledging that he entered into an agreement to be a "sperm donor" for my mother, Anna Nicole Smith and would make no claim to the child of that birth and her assets and was paid in the amount of $1,000,000.
There is a second affidavit "and a video" in which my father acknowledges that the agreement made on January 6, 2006 was the followup to the "sperm donor" agreement which said my father could never talk to anyone about my mother under penalty of $10,000,000.

There can be no "right of survivorship" to Mr. Stern simply because MY FATHER cannot "give away" assets to third parties during my minority. Mr. Stern: You claimed that after the death of my brother, that my mother had not used methadone during the time of my brother's death and the death of my mother. However, the autopsy showed that my mother had indeed taken methadone about 3 days before her death. There are also prescriptions written in your name concurrent with the months between those deaths.
Mr. Stern: I would like to remind you that there are no statute of limitations on "murder".
