Mr. Stern. You claimed to be my father...both biological and under Bahama Law. But at the time, you knew absolutely that Larry Birkhead was the father, that Anna had conveyed the same to several people and of course, the DNA was the determining evidence of my father's claim. We have also uncovered the fact that you had a vasectomy in 1998, about the time you met my mother and that there was no reversal of that action. That information came about from a claim by a young Californian woman that you were the father of her child.
YOUR HONOR: I would like to submit an affidavit signed and notarized by my father, Larry Birkhead prior to his death, "and a video" ackowledging that he entered into an agreement to be a "sperm donor" for my mother, Anna Nicole Smith and would make no claim to the child of that birth and her assets and was paid in the amount of $1,000,000.
There is a second affidavit "and a video" in which my father acknowledges that the agreement made on January 6, 2006 was the followup to the "sperm donor" agreement which said my father could never talk to anyone about my mother under penalty of $10,000,000.
There is a third affidavit "and video" in which my father admits to entering into an agreement to "nullify" the sperm donor agreement in exchange for the executorship of my mother's estate and 50% of any profits gained from photos, videos, and other media events which would enhance MY ASSETS. As you know, the taking of my assets on a commission basis is a felony. They were NOT my fathers to negotiate away.
YOUR HONOR: I am, Dannielynn Hope Birkhead, and have the records of the accounts which bears the transaction in January of 2006 of $1,000,000 being transferred into several accounts in the Bahamas under the name of several Corporations of which my father was President and Vice President and Mr. Stern was Secretary with a "right of survivorship". There can be no "right of survivorship" to Mr. Stern simply because MY FATHER cannot "give away" assets to third parties during my minority. Mr. Stern, upon the death of my father, you moved the money from those accounts to new accounts in the Bahamas.
Mr. Stern: You claimed that after the death of my brother, that my mother had not used methadone during the time of my brother's death and the death of my mother. However, the autopsy showed that my mother had indeed taken methadone about 3 days before her death. There are also prescriptions written in your name concurrent with the months between those deaths.
Mr. Stern: I would like to remind you that there are no statute of limitations on "murder".
