Daniel’s hospital times change. Giancola I don’t consider a reliable source. He was anna’s pr liar. He doesn’t even know if it was a month or a month and a half. Same with HKS, he says about a month, no date. KE, well, another one I am cautious of. Did she really see Daniel or was she playing HKS’s pr liar? Somewhere in the beginning IIRC she said she ‘talked’ to DS not ‘seen’ Daniel. The fact the Bahamas doesn’t even have her on the list makes me suspect also.

Anna Nicole Smith’s ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead has struck the first blow in the ongoing war of words between himself and journalist Rita Cosby - he’s instructed his lawyer to sue her over allegations in her new book. In her tome Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith’s Death, Cosby claims the photographer and his supposed former love rival Howard K. Stern were caught having sex on camera.
Cosby admits she has never seen the sex tape, but insists her sources corroborate the story, with one revealing Smith actually saw the footage before her death in February. Both Birkhead and Stern have threatened to take legal action against Cosby and her publisher, and now the photographer, who is the father of Anna Nicole’s baby girl Dannielynn, has done just that.
He says, “I’ve instructed my attorney to sue Rita Cosby and the publisher and any source that spits out that information anywhere. I would lawyer up if I were them because it’s coming their way.”
Appearing on CNN show Larry King Live on Tuesday, Birkhead also revealed he’s considering suing MSNBC because that’s where Cosby was working when she reported on the aftermath of Smith’s death in the Bahamas. He added, “She came several times on Msnbc’s dime as an MSNBC reporter. She drank alcohol... everything at my expense - I got billed for it.”

Larry Birkhead is in talks with “multiple networks” about starring in his own reality show.
“It’s basically the ‘day in the life of daddy duties,’ “ the proud papa of 1-year-old Dannielynn told the New York Daily News.
Birkhead says he turned down MTV’s sorry show “Celebrity Rap Superstar.”
He also turned down the News’ inquiry as to whether he plans to keep all $1.7 million from OK! magazine for exclusive photos of him and his daughter, instead of depositing some of it in the tot’s bank account, which was part of the deal with the glossy.
“I’m not going to discuss contracts because of confidentiality agreements,” Birkhead told the News. “And I don’t think it’s anyone’s business. But if I wanted to, I can do whatever I want to, because she’s my daughter.”

Anna Nicole Smith’s long-time companion Howard K. Stern and the bodyguard who attempted to revive the actress before she died have locked themselves into a new legal battle over alleged stolen photographs.
Stern’s attorney L. Lin Wood has advised all media groups to avoid photos being offered by Moe ‘Big Moe’ Brighthaupt, because he claims they were illegally obtained.
According to reports the images show everything from sweet family shots of Anna Nicole and her baby Daughter Dannielynn to disturbing images of the tragic actress/model throwing up.
“Shortly after I was retained by Howard Stern, I received firsthand information that Moe Brighthaupt had contacted tabloids offering for sale one or more photographs Of Anna Nicole Smith” Wood said in a statement released Wednesday (October 3.)
“Yesterday, photographs of Anna Nicole and (baby daughter) Dannielynn were posted on various internet websites. These photographs are the property of the estate of Anna Nicole Smith and were stolen from her camera shortly after her death.
“Big Moe denies selling the photographs but admits that he is distributing them. His misappropriation of estate property is unlawful and his stated motives for doing so are not credible.
“The estate shall pursue all available remedies against any individual or entity involved in the unauthorised distribution or publication of these, or any other, stolen photographs.”
However Brighthaupt has hit back at Stern’s claims and insists that he has never stolen anything from his former mistress.
He says, “Big Moe would never seek to profit from the disturbing photographs on various internet websites.
“Big Moe continues to mourn the death of his close friends but continues to question why (these) pictures of Anna Nicole Smith were ever taken in the first place.”

Both Brikhead quotes! What a caring, sweet young father - not a malicious bone in his body. Always thinking about his daughter - money means nothing to him.

With Britney Spears losing custody of her boys to of all people the gigolo KF, might make LB fear that he too could lose total custody.
I went back & watched Greta’s videos - (no transcripts) of interviews with Brikhead. He *probably loved Anna too much that it scared her*. What a load of BS - In hindsight - it is so obvious that they did not have a *love affair* - he was just one of the hangers-on who was willing and able to impregnate her....an experiment. He awkwardly used the term *relationship* in every sentence and he was so uncomfortable.

If this case goes to trial, he is the weak link. The question of a sperm donor contract is bound to come up. He might not know about money laundering but could’ve picked up this and that.

HK$ has the market on malice! As has been pointed out on this thread - HK$ has no reputation to ruin - he has never proved himself to be anything but a grifter, vindictive liar, squatter and pilferer of confidential court documents.
You noticed how Brikhead tried to smear Rita by citing her several recent job changes? Rita has been a self-supporting, hard-working, well respected reporter for many years while those two manly men were pimping & sucking Anna into bankruptcy!
Off topic, but have you noticed how Gloria Allred has 'infiltrated' (can't think of a better word)herself into the Britney Spears custody case? Didn't she also criticize Debra Opri when she was representing LB?
Allred has been representing a former bodyguard of BS - getting him on several talk shows, making all matters of claims against Spears. I don't doubt that Spears is an unfit parent, but so is Kevin Federline...a scumbag leech in the mode of HKS and LB. I heard the bodyguard say on Greta's program that he never saw Britney take drugs, but he's been on other programs saying he did see it. I don't like Allred, so I'm probably prejudiced, but I think lawyers like her should be disbarred. Federline even publicly thanked Allred after he won custody of the children. It will be interesting to see if he hired her and the bodyguard?!! I hope the judge tells Federline to get a job and support his children...that he isn't going to order Britney to support him any longer. His $20,000 @month alimony plays out in November, so it's not surprising he sought custody when he did. I think the judge should have appointed qualified nurses to take care of the children and given them the power to reject any unsuitable orders from BS. People are predicting that BS might meet the same fate as ANS and MM.
