I have wondered if Howard had anything to do with Pierce Marshall’s death. I’ll bet Howard was surprised when Pierce’s wife wouldn’t roll over and hand them the money. Maybe Marhall’s death should be investigated further.

You sound like you understand. Yes, it is a heartbreaking situation. I thought I was paranoid for a long time. My husband’s eyes finally opened up about two years ago about what his brother was all about. We called him last year when my husband was in the hospital, thinking he would care. That was a mistake. We hate the lack of contact and what he’s done to the family, but we knew that we couldn’t go on like it was. A psychopath never thinks he does anything wrong so he never tried to apologize.

Howard’s family either knows about his psychopathic behavior or they are being duped, like we were. I can’t believe that someone in his family doesn’t know what he is capable of. While I’m typing this, I’m listening to the news about O.J. Simpson. He’s another example. just my opinion

oh, I totally agree. And DL is too young to have any say...or is she? Recall that at the party HK tried to kiss DL and she turned away? well HK is who LB passes DL to at the end of a photosession, according to OK! mag. Perhaps DL associates HK now, with being photographed, and she told us exactly what she thinks of it !! :)

i don’t think you and I are quite on the same page yet. You’re assuming that LB was ‘furious’ when HK claimed ‘fatherhood’ (sep 26 ‘wasted’ daddy video)

I think they were acting from the git-go. IMO, the ‘preg conf agmt’ was a ruse, fabricated long after the fact, as a way to justify why LB was at ANS’s house ‘invited’ at the same time she was complaining in emails that she was having to ‘change the locks and alarms’ to keep LB out. LB stated that in Jan, HK was ‘gone’ (working on SCOTUS case). Considering that HK was a pimple on ANS’s butt, I’d doubt that version. HK was letting LB in, IMO, and a concerted effort was underway to impregnant ANS, since she was ‘getting away’ (becming more and more attached to Shelleys/BT -—AND—becoming closer and closer to Daniel).

Recall that LB had no problems with the preg conf ‘agmt’ on May 3, when he stated to the press, rather arrogantly and unequivocally, “I have been told...I have talked to the doctors...”

Also recall, that LB/HK state that ANS was ‘pregnant’ ON Jan 3 (or 6th depending on version). The medical math doesn’t support a ‘miscarriage’ occurring, with a subsequent pregnancy event within one week of miscarrying. whoever wrote that ‘agreement’ had absolutely no informed concept of what happens to a woman’s body when she miscarries, but again,, it made a good excuse for why LB was at ANS’s house !! :)

I remain committed to the theory that LB and HK hatched their plan circa Nov 21, when ANS made clear her future intentions by flying to the Shelleys (as she subsequently did again, May 3 or thereabouts)

I hope Dannielynn turns out to be a holy terror - similar to that child actress in a Nick Nolte movie - don’t know the name of it..but she embarrassed him in an airplane - by screaming about her pink dress - and then slapping herself!!!

If Dannielyn has her mother’s stubborn streak, Virgie’s sense of righteous indignity and Larry’s deviousness - she’s going to be one helluva handful. Serves him right.

They deliberately created a *paternity conflict* forcing Anna to flee to the Bahamas. And why? Because, Paternity/Custody/Guardianship would be vitally important, AFTER ANNA’S DEATH!

Anna’s death had to be a planned event - DL’s paternity results were timed perfectly -allowing HK$ control over Anna’s estate and LB to claim the baby. Two *daddies* who could zig or zag - depending on necessity, against the one grandmother.

But I don't think Larry trusted Howard, if they were in it together from the beginning.

IIRC, in several places in Rita's book, it mentions how Larry gathered this evidence or that evidence. I definitely remember when Larry allegedly brought Opri a bag with a syringe and a vial in it. Larry claimed that the vial had human growth hormone in it, the syringe had Anna's DNA and the syringe would have Goen's fingerprints on it.

Larry had to have collected such things while he was with Anna.

RALE: Excuse me. Actually, I haven’t been in contact with the Bahamian counsel, but as I understand it, there was a proceeding not that long ago where they basically suspended the inquest because there was a ruling that the magistrate that was conducting it, I believe, had not conducted it properly. I think the magistrate himself had given a TV interview, and there was a question about how they are supposed to voir dire the jurors off the street that were going to serve in the inquest.

But I think that the proceeding has been delayed. I’m not exactly sure what is left, if anything, of the inquest. And if it’s going to go forward or not. So I don’t want to, you know, start talking about stuff I don’t know for sure about.

amazing how both 'stories' are similar, eh? of course, if ANS sent an email to Laurie Payne circa may 3, 06, saying she wasn't sure who the daddy ws, seems nonsensical if she had miscarried and 'planned' a child immediately with LB, yes?

LB states he called BT - what we NEED, is the date of that call, to blow his story completely, out of the water! That is, if he called in Jan, before the supposed miscarriage (LB version one), or if he called about May 3, the date ANS pregnancy was 'leaked' to the press, when he 'found out' (LB version two).

DEC 04 - 9th circuit court of appeals - said in its December 2004 decision that federal judges should not have reviewed the claims related to Howard Marshall's estate and tosses out ANS award.

Call me crazy, but it seems a little more than ODD, that Ron Rale, Attny for ANS, wouldn't 'know' about the inquest into his (deceased) client's son's death.....he's such a fabricator IMO MOO lolol
