I'd say that's pretty darn close.

The "initial" planning IN HOWARD'S MIND must have started earlier...I'd guess Howard's question would be "If she has another heir...how would that effect my position and the flow of money?

I'd say that occured when she was pregnant the first time. The loss of that baby put that to rest.

And do we REALLY know that Larry was the father of the one she lost?? Anna never said it and who believes Larry anymore?

When is the FIRST time that Larry "himself" said he was the father of Dannielynn? Why would Anna deny it...which she never did?

My guess is that there are two agreements. One before she was impregnated AND the Jan. 6th agreement.

The first one said he would give up all rights for a "fee". The second one (Jan 6th) said he would "shut up".

Mark Hatten’s story is becoming more & more believable.

It seems likely that Anna had always wanted another child - realizing that Daniel was her biggest *personal* success. After the boisterous, self assured Mark Hatten, HK$ certainly didn’t want Anna hooking up with another testosterone macho Hatten type -and he made sure of that by pushing Larry, a special photographer *friend*.

There could be several phony reasons why Anna fled to the Bahamas - drugged and brainwashed - HK$ could have used any scenario....he had demonized Mark Hatten under similar circumstances.

Either way - HK$ never did anything that was not in HIS best interest - using *legalese* cr*p to control and confuse Anna. Right there - he should be disbarred and sued for unethical abuse of a client.

No matter what...It's pretty obvious that "there was a plan".

I wish we knew more about KE and when she first arrived on the scene as "Anna's friend" and doctor. My hunch is that she has always been a "questionable" character and is somehow is associated with the Stern family. I'm still questioning why Bonnie said the "family" had been supporting

Re-reading Rita’s tome;)

Keying in on Mark Hatten - he recounted ANS & KE wanting to *off* E. Pierce Marshall, but after reporting it, he refused LE’s request to wear a tape - didn’t want to cause ANS problems. Rita’s brief account of how Pierce Marshall died in June ‘06 is strange; *very fast viral/bacterial infection* wonder who his doctors were and how he contracted the infection - sorta like Anna’s butt boil!!!!! Maybe a nasty little e.coli developed on a Petri dish;(

The truth surrounding this saga is vastly stranger than fiction - maybe the Hattens would be media dahlings if they spoke with a broken Russian accent, like Perper & Eroshevich!!!!!!!!!!!

There was a movie about it and Farrah Fawcett starred in it.

Don’t remember it, but I recall a British movie with a similar plot - a woman developed a poison from decaying shrimp paste (IIRC) feeding & killing her step-children. Can’t find it & don’t remember the title or actress.

It would be interesting to know if one of HK$’ or ANS’ medical or legal allies infiltrated the E.Pierce Marshall inner circle!

Wanna bet HK$ has ANS on tape - soliciting murder? Bet his tape collection rivals 20th Century Fox and is probably in a vault somewhere. One reason we speculated the 2 deaths did not occur in a *residence* such as the Horizons or the California house - as *crime scenes* they would have been secured and thoroughly searched.

The next ANS book should include a complete timeline from 1994 to 2007 with all the players listed by occupation, location and participation in the life of ANS and HK$’ plan.

That was the true story of Texas plastic surgeon John Hill. The 1981 movie was called Murder in Texas and was based on the book Blood and Money by Thomas Thompson. Both the book and the movie were very good.

Do you remember how much Dannielynn weighed when she was born? I believe there are several ways to calculate the date of birth. I remember with my first baby, the Ob figured the date by counting days method, and she said the baby would be born about 2 1/2 weeks later than she was. However, using the method used in the website listed below, she was right on time, and so was the second child. They had to do an emergency C-section, and thought he would be 3 weeks premature, but after delivery, they said he was 5 to 6 weeks early. Thanks God, he is fine today and once they got his blood sugar regulated, he was fine.

I'm so glad your son is doing fine now. Premie births can still be dangerous even though modern medicine has made many advances. As for the counting days method, my doctor did that with me and my daughter was born exactly on her due date. I was also born exactly on my due date using the counting days method according to my mother. I think that method works very well for women with regular menstrual cycles and/or women who keep careful track of their menstrual cycles (on calendars for example). For women who aren't regular or don't keep track, that method isn't of much help. My guess is that even if ANS had regular cycles she probably wasn't good at keeping track of them and without the date of the start of the last period, the counting days method is useless.

Thinking about the faxing of Anna's will to whomever and the "incorrect" date.

My date on my machine happens to be "off" right now...but it's by 12 hours....because of the daylight savings time changes.

Attorney correspondence is sooooo time sensitive and "private in many cases, this still bothers me. Most attorneys I know would have sent it by overnight mail........and only by request.

When and by what means was the will requested? We still don't know.

So many attorneys and doctors...and nothing is "right".

Well, the ONE person that would know about Anna's last period is DEAD. So Howard and Larry could have said anything they wanted AFTER she died.

Howard was adamant...saying "according to his calendar", Dannielynn was conceived in December.

I'd like to know where Larry was for the WHOLE month of December!!

Thanks for your kind words. It was my grandson...I accidentally deleted the part where I had written that! I used the method where I added 7 days to the first day of my last period and counted back 3 months. I never understood how that worked since some months had 30 days and others had 31, but it worked twice for me. My mother used to say, "When the apple is ripe, it will drop"...I guess in her day, without all the present methods of counting, that was about as accurate as they cared to be.

If ANS was as promiscuous as it's been reported, I'm surprised she would have had any idea who the father was, but she did seem to know. I was thinking it's a shame she didn't pick a more responsible man to father her baby, but I don't imagine a self respecting and responsible man would have wanted to be intimate with her. It's hard to understand why people would risk getting STDs and other diseases that could destroy your life, isn't it?

I have wondered about E. Pierce Marshall’s death. No wonder Rita Cosby’s book caused HKS to panic. Maybe Marshall’s window will start looking into her husband’s death.

Doris, that must have been a heartbreaking situation. I guess the older you get the greater the chances of running into a true psychopath. In retrospect, after the charming phase ends, you look back and think, “What happened?” And if you are lucky, you will end contact with the person before he or she destroys your life.
