I definitely think Rita has integrity and she has won awards to prove it. I hope you are right about her book starting an investigation. I don’t like Dr. Weht and Dr. Perper. I just feel like they have been bought off.
And if that National Enquirer article is true about Larry getting his own reality show, I’m going to be physically sick.

Birkhead claims he will be suing Crosby the author, Grand Central Publishing (the book’s publisher), and her sources.
Howard K. Stern also planned to “file and aggressively pursue a libel case” against Cosby and her publishers.
And hence starts the war of words Tuesday. Pull up a seat because this one is getting nasty.
“The more information I have received over the last several days about Ms. Cosby’s book, the more convinced I am that she has, as a practical matter, authored a work of pure fiction,” said Howard Stern’s attorney Tuesday.
“It’s totally false and defamatory,” Birkhead said. “This book is fueled by Internet gossip and tabloid reports. She never once tried to contact me or Howard to see if any of these things were true.”
Crosby’s reponse:
“We also knew what Birkhead would say because we’ve seen him inconsistent on many other things …. [book contents were] carefully vetted through attorneys at our publishing house. I have nothing to hide … I make no apologies for the book, and at the end of the day, the American public will see that these two men conspired to fool us all. I knew going into this that this was going to be challenged by them at every turn because they don’t want the truth to come out.”
And the more from Birkhead:
[Crosby’s sources] ”all have pending litigation against me so they all have axes to grind…. Rita Cosby uses this week, the week that my daughter turns one and the anniversary of (Smith’s son) Daniel’s death, to try to sell a book or two.”
And finally Crosby once again:
“The real issue here and the reason I did this book was that little baby,” she said. “The question is: What’s ahead for her future if these two men appear to be in collusion? … I hope that my book will expose some of the inconsistencies that have been out there and maybe have these cases given a second look.”

Larry Birkhead has been droped from a $1.7 million deal with OK magazine. Why? Allegations that his custody battle with Howard K Stern over daughter Dannielynn was fixed!

In the lawsuit, obtained by “Access Hollywood,” Mark Hatten alleges Stern not only killed Anna Nicole and her son Daniel — claims Howard has denied in the past — but also accuses Stern of trying to murder Hatten by giving him a “toxic blend of narcotics.”

Taz claimed in a july 2007 interview that the fatal drugs were ‘delivered’ to THEIR HOME, (taz/moe’s) - and Moe was instructed to deliver them to the Hard Rock. one can’t help but wonder why the drugs in question were sent to Moe at all, from where and whom were they sent? Could this be the indication of ‘pre-planning’ that we have anxiously awaited????

that — something to that — you know, she said. And my husband said, My
wife says not to put ice in the water. And then he said, Tas, I have to
go, and let me try to convince them, you know, not to put ice in the water
and to get her out of water, so...
VAN SUSTEREN: When he said “them,” who did you understand to be
there?
BRIGHTHAUPT: Howard was there, and I think Khristine Erosevich, who
was her psychiatrist, I think she was also there with them.
VAN SUSTEREN: Do you know if Khristine was acting as a psychiatrist,
spending time with her, or more as a friend over the preceding months?
BRIGHTHAUPT: You know, Greta, I have no idea.
VAN SUSTEREN: Your impression of her was what?
BRIGHTHAUPT: She was kind of friendly. She didn’t have very much to
say. She just said, It’s great to finally meet you, I’ve heard a lot about
you. And that was pretty much it.
VAN SUSTEREN: Did you discuss Anna’s condition at all?
BRIGHTHAUPT: No.
VAN SUSTEREN: Did you think that she was attending to Anna — I mean,
she’s a psychiatrist, but she’s a medical doctor, a medical degree. Did
you think that she was attending to her sickness?
BRIGHTHAUPT: I don’t know. But from what I understand, Anna asked
her to not leave. And she left anyway.
VAN SUSTEREN: Who told you that Anna asked her not to leave?
BRIGHTHAUPT: My husband, Mo.
VAN SUSTEREN: Why did she leave?
BRIGHTHAUPT: I have no idea. I have no idea. They said something
about some business she had to take care of in California.
VAN SUSTEREN: Did it bother you that she left?
BRIGHTHAUPT: It bothered me that she left because that was pretty
much the only medical professional that was with her all the time.
VAN SUSTEREN: Was there ever any discussion about taking her to the
hospital on the day before she died?
BRIGHTHAUPT: Well, I told my husband to make sure that they take her
to the hospital because if you — even if you give someone a tepid bath,
you give them Tylenol, no matter what you give them, they need antibiotics.
They should be on some type of IV antibiotics.
VAN SUSTEREN: Why wasn’t she taken to the hospital?
BRIGHTHAUPT: She refused. She would not let them take her. She did
not want to go.
VAN SUSTEREN: Where was Howard that day before — when you’re having
a conversation with your husband about the ice in the bath, do you know
where Howard was?
BRIGHTHAUPT: I understood that he was there.

Hmm, I probably did miss some things since June 25 because of not being able to google or go to any other websites with this virus on the puter.
But I do remember all the rumors about this and not ever being able to confirm it. Hope you can find the details. I know I made same comments on it “way back when” - there was nothing that corresponded in CA records at the time. I don’t see anything now, either.
I always wondered what the rumor about Howie’s “cousin” was, too, as absolutely no one ever posted a name for this phantom cousin. They claimed he also owned Key Pharmacy, which doesn’t appear to be true, as the owner has been named and no one said he was in HKS’s family.
We need to know more about Gary Stern’s wife, for one thing - I hope that’s in Rita’s book. (I’ll tell y’all a funny about something in RC’s book one of these days. She definitely reads at FR or someone sent her some of my stuff, or she found it in google. Made me smile.)
Anyway, I have 60 main files for ANS and I have only gotten through about 20 of them, chronologically, for updating the CNL - and already have probably a third again as much as was on the last revised one, so there is quite a bit I haven’t posted, as I haven’t even added it to my CNL file yet.
Appreciate anything you have, because I’ve been so handicapped the last 2.5 months, puterwise. I’m trying to get as much done now as I can while it’s dormant - as long the power holds and I never have to shut down.

Now that we know it was Wes Irwin who sent the drug packages to Moe and Tas’s house in FL and that he had done so several times previously, whenever ANS was going to be at the Hard Rock, it still boggles my mind that Tas had only met Anna once or twice before.
Had she not noticed the other packages being sent before that - or was there something different this time? Or, did Moe ever even tell her about them - or did he intercept them so she wouldn’t see them? Or, did Moe have another address or mail drop for them?
Also inscrutable is how Moe got from The Bahamas to the Hard Rock that last time, if he didn’t fly in with the group. Had he come earlier? Did Tas even know he was home or did he stay somewhere else - with Melodie, perhaps? - and not go home?
I have further questions, but I’ll leave it at that for now.

Wonder if HK$ and maybe LB ever *hit* on Daniel? Did Daniel get along with either one of them? How well did he know LB?
Daniel was so scared of HK$ and fearful for the safety of his mother - what did he learn, from whom and when????
