Larry King got sidelined from his own show last week, replaced by an interview with Larry Birkhead that critics are calling a journalistic lapse by CNN.
TMZ.com managing editor Harvey Levin interviewed Anna Nicole Smith’s baby-daddy Birkhead, who refuted claims made by Rita Cosby in her book “Blonde Ambition.”
“Harvey said he could deliver Larry, but only if he hosted himself, to plug ‘TMZ TV’ [which launched this week],” says a snitch.
“Another condition was that no one else who was going to contradict Larry was allowed to call in live,” says the insider.
“Debra Opri [Birkhead’s former lawyer, with whom he is feuding] called in to the switchboard during the show and tried to get on air, but they wouldn’t let her.”
The source claims other guests booked for the show were also dropped once Levin took over the anchor’s chair. “Larry [King] is livid,” says the snitch.
A rep for King did not return a message.

Was Larry King bought off? Or is Larry King promoting Larry Birkhead? What a farce! In spite of the propaganda in his favor, Larry Birkhead looked scared. I hope some other show is honest enough to give Opri a chance to reply.
Larry Birkhead is the weak link. He must be wondering if he will be next. No wonder he is aging. And if anything happens to Dannielynn, he is in huge trouble. Actually, he might already be in big trouble but doesn't know it yet.

Make suggestions to Dr. Perper's boss (if I can find out who it is).
Complain to Larry King and to sponsors of Larry King Live.
Post also on other Web sites. Get the word out.
Keep researching the main culprits and their sidekicks like Ron Rale. An obscure tidbit might turn into a clue.

I won’t bore everyone with the ET replay tonight - it was just as maddening as always. More clips of DL’s birthday party, more of DL watching home movies of Anna - focus tonight was on that and it was “nothing” - just Larry talking about Anna and how he thinks DL recognizes her on the DVD screen.
Then a little more rudeness to Virgie - how she’ll never give up the fight for custody - same clips from airport and cemetery, with same sound bites, but in full, not edited this time. “I’ll never give up hope.” “Someday she’ll come look for me.”
And last but least, Howie in his “emotional” (for ET, anyway, not for him) “reunion” (2nd of the year that we know about) with LB and DL. He is bleary-eyed, total bloodshotness in the whites, and saying all the “happy” stuff again in his froggy voice.
But, at the end, they say “Tomorrow! Howard K. Stern answers the allegations from Rita Cosby’s book! The gay rumors! HKS: “All lies.”
Same HKS sound bite again “Rita Cosby is either the dumbest person on earth or she’s making up false information.” Blecchh. All of this is in a monotone. ET says “On by one, HKS confronts the sources in Cosby’s book.
Then they put up a graphic “And KNOCKS THEM DOWN.”
Ugh, it was so repulsive.
I didn’t know, either. My nose has been on the weather radar and mostly away from here!
And lo and behold...we have a little princess on our hands. Amazing!!
Wxcept, that little girl will someday say...why did you lie to me? Why didn't you question Mr. Stern and KE? Why didn't you go to the police and MAKE them look.
In the first clips they showed of the birthday, there was a very brief one of Dannielynn sitting at a little DVD player and showing on the screen was Anna in the outfit she had on for the Mommie Dearest video.
Don’t you just know Larry plays that over and over to indoctrinate her subliminally? They never showed *that* Anna Nicole shot on the screen again in any of the segments after that - of course, after that, they were mostly up on a big screen TV on the wall, not on the little player.
I read your listings last night and all I can say is “wow”. You certainly did a lot of work and I found it very interesting. You could write a book.
