I'm absolutely flabbergasted that everything is being slipped over & shoved under the rug. yeah, lawyers & too much money involved.
Good question - no idea where G. Ben Thompson is. Or why that house is not back in his possession instead of still in HKS possession.
yes, sure, HKS has all the lawyers on his side that he needs.
It’s like once the baby got into the care of LB, everything else just stopped being news.

For someone who appears to be so naive, he sure was savy at collecting stuff. He even had a vial and a syringe that he said had contained HGH and had Anna's DNA on it and the Trimspa guy's fingerprints. He had Opri keep this for a while and after Larry started talking to Howard, he asked for the syringe and vial back.
I forget what other evidence Larry had allegedly collected. I will try to review the book tomorrow.
GBT and FS have dropped their claim to Horizons and instead GBT is suing his lawyer for malpractice, I believe and I think suing Howard for the money that GBT and/or FS put into buying Horizons.

It’s possible they realized that Anna would never see a dime from the Marshall Estate and if she did - she would chuck them both overboard! Their only gravy-train was the opportunity to pimp a minor. Dannielynn will not be able to control either one of them, like Daniel or Anna could have.

Good heavens! The amount of lying and subterfuge surrounding all of this is just incredible.
The birthday party hype has been nauseating, but not just from the ET standpoint, which hasn’t even gotten into full gear yet.
As “planned,” some media, most notably the tabloid New York Post, thought that the “multi-million-dollar mansion” was “Birkhead’s family’s home.”
And now Tricia Barnstable Brown is a “long-time friend of Birkhead,” when it was Larry himself who just told in May of this year that he was overwhelmed at being photographed at the Barnstable Brown gala during Derby Days 2007 because “he couldn’t get access to the party” in earlier years (meaning before 2003, I assume) when he wanted to snap celebs and do a story on it. Hmmm.
I also read in some coverage how nice it was of Tricia BB to “offer to host the party” for the baby. In truth, it was Larry who *asked* her if they could have it at her home.
The deal about having all those people “turn in their cell phones” at the door and sign “agreements not to take pictures at the party” is de rigeur, I know, for “celeb parties,” but for a child’s BD party with many parents and kids present, that’s not only inconvenient, but somewhat dangerous, too.
I hate being so snarky about a little toddler’s shindig, but she might as well have not been there, from what I’ve read. Hot air balloons from France and The Netherlands were there - one shaped like a birthday cake (reported by our local news as a “birthday cake shaped like a hot air balloon” - lol, same station that previously said HKS wasn’t invited, then later reported he was) and one shaped like a clown.
The only photo I’ve seen of LB and DL had her dressed in some kind of little clown or circus outfit, all brightly colored, and Larry in ragged jeans with holes where the knees had worn out. He even had his leg propped up to emphasize the hole, as I believe those are some of those $1,000 “used jeans” thay sell on Rodeo Drive. Barf.
In the ET coverage I saw Friday, he was talking very “mock scornfully” about the helicopters already being overhead while he was “prepping the house”. *being chased by the paparazzi is just hell*
I still can’t believe the number of people standing in line in front of the house, waiting to turn in their phones, all with shopping bags (not little gift bags) full of presents for the baby. Like a 6-figure party isn’t enough to make you think DL’s “dad” can’t afford to buy her some toys?
The idea that HKS and Dr KE and kith and kin were in attendance literally made me so sick at my stomach that I didn’t want to post about it anymore - but it’s all evidence of the exploitation of DL, so I will at least record *some* of it for posterity.

What are the labor regulations for *child actors* and *sitcom* infants? I thought they were quite restrictive regarding how much time an infant can be *under the lights* without naptime and play time.
Where is KY child protective services? - that child is being exposed to all types of druggies and low-lifes - but I suppose if they have money it’s OK!
I have the book - speed read it and meant to *do-over* - but.....

Until I began watching the crime investigation documentaries, I never believed there was so much evil afoot! From the February ‘07 version of Opri’s *sweet* Larry, I am sure there are still a lot of folks who think he is too naive to be so diabolical.

On Dannielynn - I bet the first thing HK$ & LB did was to get a Social Security number for her - so she can legitimately *work* and file a VERY limited tax return!!!!!!
