Hi Freedom!

I am me :D I said and suspect it maybe a hoax. That person appears to be a nut to me. There isn't anything in their so called book report that is not readily available on the net or a known 'theory'. If you search their previous posts and patterns ..you see ..well.. a bit of a nut. They never came back and I don't see a reputable poster playing that kind of game.

It will all come out by next week anyway. The book is set for Tuesday release. Not unusual for net orders to ship a day or so early planning their customer have their order BY the release date. Someone is bound to have it and report in a more responsible manner.

The following warning is from Lin Wood when he took HKS' case. The URL at the close of the quote has some interesting info about Lin Wood:

Notice he said 'future false accusations'...well, just how does Lin Wood know what is false and what is not? He sure as heck does not know everything about HKS, and I interpret his warning as an arrogant effort to intimidate anyone from expressing an opinion. He didn't hesitate to express his opinion, which could be construed as an effort to influence people - that HKS was 'an innocent individual'. Wood cannot honestly claim that HKS has nothing to hide, because he doesn't know that for a fact. I think Lin Wood is 'spinning' big time! Surely he can't sue me for thinking!! :-)

Sac, is the underlined sentence the reason you think Wood is trying to find out what O'Quinn knows?

Not really. From reading the deposition, it appears that Woods was trying to obtain the names of individuals which O'Q has been talking with via the private detectives.

Woods knew before he asked that O'Quinn would/should/could invoke "client privilege". Woods just wanted it on the record that O'Quinn was "sneaking" all over the place trying to find information on Howard....which is not a bad thing and he wanted to know with some absoluteness whether O'Q was still representing Virgie.

Woods wants EVERYTHING that O'Q did to be viewed as a bad thing and an attack on Howard.

Wood's problem is that there are TWO dead people and too many strange circumstances...all revolving around Howard, one of the chief benefactors of these deaths. To say that O'Q cannot question or even speculate is an absurdity.

P.S. If people weren't speculating and the bodies hadn't emerged, Scott Peterson would have gotten away with murder.

According to Woods' thinking, anyone that looked further into Scott's whereabouts would be guilty of ruining Scott's reputation.

Just tacking on a little comment that has me still laughing. On our local morning news just now, they were doing a little “bit” on Leona Helmsley’s will.

The news anchors were making little jokes, then they showed a clip from Jimmy Kimmel’s show - he said, “The Queen of Mean has left $12 million to her dog, Trouble. In other news, Larry Birkhead has stepped forward, claiming to be the dog’s father.” lmao

OK! magazine had a nice little deal with Larry Birkhead. They paid him a lot of money and he whored out his baby daughter.

The mag was all set to publish exclusive pictures of little Dannielynn’s first birthday in a few weeks but has now cancelled and sent out a cryptic press release saying that Larry is shady and doing some shady shiz with Howard K. Stern.

Surprise. Suprise.

“OK! Magazine has uncovered explosive allegations regarding Larry Birkhead, Howard K. Stern and baby Danielynn, prompting the magazine to cancel our exclusive coverage of Danielynn’s first birthday party. TIME and PLACE are important elements in these two deaths. Danny helped her to the bathroom...and 2 hours later..he's dead. Howard helped her to the bathroom...and 2 hours later she's dead....and neither happened at the Horizons!!

Like I said...Good thing Howard had that camera ready that night to photo Danny, Anna and Hannah. Little did he know ???? that morning would be too late!! He was on the ball!! Good old Howie!! How much did they sell for?? Where did the money go??

Thanks Liz - that makes sense. Looks as if R.Cosby has opened the floodgates, before Dominic Dunne, Mark Furhman et.al. She must have been reading some of the mountains of thoughtful blogs and realized how much common sense is out here in “normal land”.
