Howard testified to something but we don't know what was said.
They should be able to file suit against Wood (and he is not all that) since it is harassment. It might be stupid of Wood to file these suits since info might come out indicating that indeed HKS is guilty of at least manslaughter.
What O'Quinn wanted US to know is that he is still representing Virgie and that her FBI son has been instrumental in helping his Mom and that is all we wanted to hear and that we understand his silence in other matters.
NONE of us, NOT ONE, relied on the words of O'Q to make our OBSERVATIONS and decisions as to our FEELING in the matter.
That is absolutely right.
For Woods to say that Howard's rep was ruined and people were prejudiced by O'Q....puts everyone who thinks "Howard and/or KE did them in" in the "too stupid to think for themselves" category.
The next thing Howard will do is say that any jurors in the inquest are not his peers....because they're not "educated" enough.

I don’t trust Taz or her words in anyway. The package will be easy enough to trace. If in fact Rita’s book states Moe was aware of these deliveries, why would his WIFE be presenting as if it never happened before? These two talk like they don’t even live together let alone are married.
there are emails posted at rosespeaks supposedly from Moe. Him and Taz are NOT on the same page as what Taz tried to present. If these emails are really from Moe, they only show me how much Taz was on Greta only to cover her own butt.

The only thing he is ever guilty of is being Madly in love with Anna, Which isn’t a bad thing…
So badgering Taz too much is not fair… She actually went on Greta to clear her name as being Anna’s nurse outside of me no one else would make that clear, so she went out there to set the record straight, unfortunately, it was with a manipulator like Greta. And take note it was a recorded show….

If you look at Wood’s history with the Ramsey case, his style is to get a ‘win’ then drag others into court one after another. There was something I read on him by a another lawyer pointing out how Wood would ‘sue’ and that bank roll would then be the support for the next one in line because they really were not getting the ‘large’ settlements he thought they would. We will never know because his *cough* settlements are always in secret. For all we know they shake hands and agree to drop it all.
Then of course a few he lost.
I think one of the things that is going to go against HKS if he follows this to trial is his own presentation that the drugs were for Anna. With that many drugs in HIS name, this supports JQ’s statement hks handled her drugs and kept her drugged up! The very thing HKS tried to Bull Perper with for innocence is going to come back and bite him in trying to attack JQ. It strongly supports JQ’s statement that HKS handled her drugs and kept her drugged up. It may not meet enough for a criminal court, but it sure as He!! will cripple his ability to show intentional malice.
She also said: "I could have saved her"....but I believe that was BEFORE Perper gave his final results....which implies she knew exactly what Anna died from.
Would like to know the first time that KE ordered the chloral hydrate (??).
Wonder if Moe and Taz are still together??
It was just posted that Richard Jewell who Lin Wood represented with the Olympic Bombing case was found dead in his homes. No details as of yet.

Former security guard was wrongly suspected in 1996 Atlanta incident

ATLANTA - Richard Jewell, the former security guard who was erroneously linked to the 1996 Olympic bombing, died Wednesday, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation said.
Jewell, 44, was found dead in his west Georgia home, GBI spokesman John Bankhead said.
“There’s no suspicion whatsoever of any type of foul play. He had been at home sick since the end of February with kidney problems,” said Meriwether County Coroner Johnny Worley.
The GBI planned to do an autopsy Thursday, Bankhead said.
Lin Wood, Jewell’s longtime attorney, said in an e-mail to The Associated Press that he was “devastated” by the news. He declined to comment further, saying he was in New York trying to get back to Atlanta.
Jewell was initially hailed as a hero for spotting a suspicious backpack in a park and moving people out of harm’s way just before a bomb exploded during a concert at the Atlanta Summer Olympics.
The blast killed one and injured 111 others.
Three days after the bombing, an unattributed report in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution described him as “the focus” of the investigation.
Other media, to varying degrees, also linked Jewell to the investigation. He was never arrested or charged, although he was questioned and was a subject of search warrants.
As recently as last year, Jewell was working as a sheriff’s deputy.
Attorney general: We apologize
Eighty-eight days after the initial news report, U.S. Attorney Kent Alexander issued a statement saying Jewell “is not a target” of the bombing investigation and that the “unusual and intense publicity” surrounding him was “neither designed nor desired by the FBI, and in fact interfered with the investigation.”
In 1997, U.S. Attorney General Janet Reno expressed regret over the leak regarding Jewell. “I’m very sorry it happened,” she told reporters. “I think we owe him an apology.”
The Atlanta newspaper never settled a lawsuit Jewell filed against it. The case was still pending as of last year. A lawyer for the newspaper did not immediately return calls seeking comment.
Eventually, the bomber turned out to be anti-government extremist Eric Rudolph, who also planted three other bombs in the Atlanta area and in Birmingham, Ala. Those explosives killed a police officer, maimed a nurse and injured several other people.
Rudolph was captured after spending five years hiding out in the mountains of western North Carolina. He pleaded guilty to all four bombings last year and is serving life in prison.
Governor commends Jewell
Jewell told the AP last year that Rudolph’s conviction helped, but he believed some people still remember him as a suspect rather than for the two days in which he was praised as a hero.
“For that two days, my mother had a great deal of pride in me — that I had done something good and that she was my mother, and that was taken away from her,” Jewell said around the time of the 10th anniversary of the bombing. “She’ll never get that back, and there’s no way I can give that back to her.”
A year ago, Gov. Sonny Perdue commended Jewell at a bombing anniversary event. “This is what I think is the right thing to do,” Perdue declared as he handed a certificate to Jewell.
Jewell said: “I never expected this day to ever happen. I’m just glad that it did.”

Went back & reviewed those Easter posts - it appears that Howlin was anti-Howie and Hildy an apologist for Howie....
What's more, I've been reading the same thread at Crime Library before nature even came to give everyone a heads up.
