No evidence that Marshall ever set up a trust for Daniel. LOTS of internet rumor but no evidence. Marshall wanted to set up a lot of things but dumb anna blew it. He even tried to set up a company for her and she was too dumb to get what he was trying to do and refused to sign the papers.

Billy Smith had less influence in Seidlin’s hearing than HK$ who was not related and Birkhead whose paternity had not been established.

Billy Smith should have been given the courtesy of stating that he wanted Daniel’s body moved to Texas, before any decision that Anna was to be buried in the Bahamas. They were both US citizens and born in Texas...that should have carried some weight - together with Virgie’s wishes.

I've had time to think again, and this may have been discussed during one of my lapses, but didn't Larry Birkhead say that ANS wanted him to marry her, but he refused? It appears part of HKS' and ANS' original plan was for LB to help ANS have another baby and LB became a member of their plot. There was no plan at that time to dispose of ANS, or if there was, LB and ANS were unaware of it. Had he known she was going to be disposed of, he would/could have married her, and made himself her beneficiary; thereby, thwarting HKS plans to gain control of everything. Do you think after LB succeeded in impregnating ANS that Stern had always planned to cut him out of the deal by turning ANS against him? The death of Daniel and the grief of ANS may have caused a change in the original plans. I still think the purchase of "The Cracker" could have been to stage an accidental drowning.

I was surprised at HKS' arrogance when he was testifying in Seidlin's court, and was asked a question he didn't like, and he (HKS) asked Seidlin, "Is this necessary?" Seidlin reminded him that 'he had come knocking on his door in the middle of the night'. A judge should not talk to a witness privately during a Hearing, should he? Makes you wonder what was discussed; especially since we are hearing that Seidlin liked 'gifts'! I would also like to know if HKS visited with Perper privately?!! It matters not a whit what HKS and all his lawyers think, but for justice to be served, HKS has got to answer questions he would prefer not to. Until he clears up questions he has caused, Lin Wood cannot stop people from thinking his client is guilty of something sinister!

I agree with you absolutely. And I can't even think of how a minor would be given control of a body....via an appointed guardian. It was a farce.

VIRGIE should have had funeral rights BECAUSE she is NOT a minor and Virgie is blood to BOTH Anna and Dannie Lynn. Billy is not....only to Daniel.

Remember the drive from the airport to the Bahama Hospital. According to Howard, Daniel said: "He couldn't believe he had a blood relative". That is NOT a normal statement in regard to a new baby sister. Who the hell says that?

Perper said something about trauma from dying was what caused the blood in the stomach. I’d never heard that before and hadn’t seen in it other case autopsies, so I don’t really know what he meant.

Seems like everyone who dies would have blood in their stomachs if dying caused blood to collect there.

Well, I did the download, but didn’t understand a word of anything I read about it. It has messed up my AVG anti-virus program badly, lol.

It starts scanning automatically at 8AM - normally takes about 1 hour, give or take. LOL, it has now been scanning for 12 hours and has only gotten to 2500 objects (needs to do 40,000).

Problem is, it has found 3-4 Trojan horses I want it to destroy before I turn it off or cancel it or whatever - and I don’t know how to interrupt it to do that and then turn it off for the time being.

At this rate, it will be scanning for a whole week, 24/7, before it’s finished. Then it has to start all over again. I did read that the hosts change plays havoc with the anti-virus programs and now I can attest to the veracity of that statement! They just don’t tell you what to do about it.

I also changed the IFrame thingy. That’s all I’ve done. I wanted a way to tell it my bad popups, the addy’s, but I guess it doesn’t need them.

I’ve only been online a short while now, but I tried googling and I was able to do it without the Monster shadowing it and putting it on eBay, then overwhelming my screen. And no pops at all, so far! Fingers crossed - but what to do about my AVG program now?

There was no legal jurisdiction in FL for Daniel. He was already buried in another country. Billy would need to deal with the Bahama’s.

FL was a joke, a well paid for hoax. Nothing more. Had they gone BY the letter of the law instead of some Judge on the take, it should have been VA’s day.

IF Billy wanted a say then it would be up to him to ACT on it. He did not. VA did in his behalf in the Bahama’s but it was after ANS died. Day of her funeral in fact Billy (probaby VA in his name) DID file to have Danny’s body exhumed. That is on hold, Judge said it would not be considered until after the inquest.

But regardless, Billy did chit to enter anything. I don’t know if he is a dead beat Dad, retarded, ex druggie, or just plain poor but .. his part in Daniel’s life and burial were almost none existant. FL wouldn’t be the place though by law he has to deal with Baha’s.
