What happened to Anna?
Moe and Taz stood to gain very little compared to Howard.
He has all the control now and is on his way to the bank without a tear.
Taz could be covering for her incompetent actions, her goofy husband but that wouldn’t change her suspicions they were set up in any way.
According to Taz he did. Did LE check phone records. Did they check ANYTHING?

HKS did not always say he was there to stay for college. There were statements when Anna was alive IIRC where is was to visit for awhile.
What is ‘allowed’ .. they said Anna did as Anna damn well pleased.

From the beginning of this drama, we on this FReeRepublic ANS thread have not been so much interested in the tabloid Anna Nicole Smith as we have been outraged at the circumstances of the deaths of Anna and her son, Daniel two US citizens. Both deaths occuring in the presence of one person and outside the jurisdiction/investigation of US law enforcement.
We want answers to the following:
The death of a son - about to reach his majority (age 21)of undetermined manner and cause. Could be homicide.
The birth of a daughter - whose paternity and custody is in question - who may also have been born addicted to illegally obtained prescription drugs.
The premature, undetermined death of the infant’s mother -could be homicide, suicide or misadventure.
Conspiracy to access a $1.6billion estate and eliminate per stirpes heirs.
Conspiracy by lawyers and foreign government officials to circumvent immigration laws for fraudulent purposes.
Intent to defraud owners of real property and real estate.
Illegal transportation of prescription drugs, by interstate and international waters.
Potential kidnapping of a US citizen.
Illegal disposition/seizure, by an officer of the court, of the remains of a US citizen in contravention of State Law (Florida)
Creation and presentation of fraudulent documents to avoid parental and custodial rights.
Causing pain and suffering to the biological mother/grandmother of the decedents, for gain and profit.
Refusal to allow visitation to Anna Nicole Smith’s surviving daughter by the maternal grandmother.
Sod, I'm trying to catch up and may have missed something, but did you mean to say 'the hospital would not have respected her privacy'? It's been my experience that the hospital wouldn't give out any patient information. I just don't think ANS gave any orders she didn't want to go to the hospital...I believe that's just an excuse being used to cover up the negligence of HKS, KE, and all the others who were supposed to be caring for her.

Over the weekend I got a text message from a source who told me that the “DOJ is now in Florida investigating” Anna Nicole Smith’s death. I don’t think it is the Federal DOJ (Department of Justice), but the California DOJ — but just a guess. I likewise suspect, but don’t know for sure, that they are looking at the prescribing of the drugs to her. I will keep you posted. One other thing: Just because there is an investigation does not mean that a crime has been committed. We need to see what the investigation turns up.

Have to believe that KE was able to impress and manipulate that naive old elitist with her physician credentials. She more than likely DIRECTED him with the phony time-line and all her manufactured symptoms for Anna’s condition.

When Anna died, so did the case to go after the tens of millions that her ex’s estate might have owed.
The most if her son was alive or the baby’s Father can hope for is the control of Smith’s current estate minus the claims to any bigger fortune.
There will be zero recovery of what Anna was going for against her ex husband’s estate.
It’s over, except for maybe the 2-5 million Anna might have had and some books to be written IMO.
