Thread Number 3
But, but...Moe said the ice bath was his Grandmother’s “cure” for a high fever.
If Moe set Taz up with the computer, how did they find the outlet if the room was so dark and are you telling me Moe wouldn't have checked Anna...knowing how sick she had been.
At the foot of her bed....Could the real truth be that Taz was sitting at the foot of HER (Taz's) OWN BED...next door?? That makes more sense.
Moe said the last time he saw Anna was that morning about 9:30. But if he set Taz up with the computer at about noon at the foot of Anna’s bed, he would have seen Anna...Now, it’s 2 1/2 hours after breakfast. That’s a long nap at noon time.
I mean she should of been getting fluids all the time....water, juices, ginger-ale.....Not died drinks. They would of been pushing the fluids or gotten her to hospital for IV.
Cant believe no one thinks all of this is strange?
oops...not diet drinks i meant to say...

Don’tknow how I missed your post - but thanks for the find.
ABC’s written report makes the claim that Moe found Anna dying on the bathroom floor (is this a flashback to Wednesday?) and then Moe finds her on the bed (still dead) again on Thursday.
I watched the ABC/Cuomo video - unfortunately, I did not hear him say “found on the bathroom floor”. May have been edited out!!!!!!!
Kapoor was the one who publicly took responsibility for and defended the scrips for methadone, saying they originated with Kovner.
KE also said in her first ET interview, aboard the ET jet, that Anna had the ice bath on Monday, in the The Bahamas, because she said “then it was OK for her to fly.”
She couldn’t say that, because Brigitte was there to say otherwise.
It wasn’t Moe who said it - it was the abc person, who apparently misinterpreted what Moe had said. Sounds like the interviewer got the bathroom incident mixed up with the death incident, as to the placement.
" ... VAN SUSTEREN: He (MOE) had been up he had been at the hotel how many days in advance of you? BRIGHTHAUPT: I think one day. ..."
This bothered me when I saw it this time around. First of all, I didn't understand that Moe hadn't come to FL *with* ANS, HKS and KE from The Bahamas, until much later in the investigation.
I thought he had been staying with them at Horizons all the time since Daniel's death.
So, he had already come back home to FL at some earlier point. Was that specifically to get the package that was sent to his house in Pembroke Pines?
For someone who was just "helping out" his "friend Anna," "baby girl," he sure took orders from Howie a lot. That bit about all the phone calls during breakfast as to when he would go to the airport to get King Eric, Brigitte and the boat captain just curled my hair.
Tas made it seem as though Moe was "on the job" or "on the clock" and needed to do exactly as HKS said. It also reinforced, in my mind, that HKS uses the phone incessantly and drives people up the wall micro-managing.
Anyway, as to Tas not knowing when Moe was at the Hard Rock, that seemed odd to me. Moe "met them" there at the hotel when they checked in on Monday night at 8pm. I guess they let him carry all the luggage, lol.
So, did he then go home? Why wouldn't Tas know whether he came home or not? If he didn't, did he stay at the hotel on Monday night? KE had the guest room until Wed evening.
I remember an interview where Moe said he spent the night on the floor one of those nights. It couldn't have been Wed night, because he and Tas had the room for their own by then, after KE left.
So, did he spend Monday or Tuesday night in the suite, or maybe both? Tas thinks it was just one night. Why doesn't she know?
Also, Anna's friend in CA said Moe's children were there at the hotel - we know now that they weren't, but had they been there one of those previous nights? How many kids does he have, and what ages? I haven't found that out yet - they're obviously not from the marriage to Tas - but they've known each other 12 years, so maybe they are their kids together, just not during the marriage.
This isn't even the long post I talked about writing yesterday, lol! Just so many questions unanswered.
I think that possibly the author of the ABC exclusive article may be in error. I have not found anywhere the (found on bathroom floor) was an direct quote from Moe.
Dagnabbit! We are back to the drawing board!
The matter of “towels” has been cited - good opportunity for an investigator to check the housekeeping records for quantity and condition of bedlinens etc...placed in & taken out of those 2 rooms for Tues, Wed & Thurs.
It would be my guess that KE, Moe and HK$ slept in the 3 guestroom beds while Anna slept in the canopied King bed.
Wonder what style that canopy is - Caribbean? King Charles? With drapes, that sure could hide a lot and keep a person with a fever very warm, very warm.
Whatever the reason for Anna’s multiple bathtub forays, KE had to explain the wet hair from submersion - ergo shampooing herself. And she also had to explain the shoulder bruising by saying Anna slipped in the tub. What is inexplicable, is what happened to Moe’s ice-bath scenario. Seems like Moe & KE were reading from different scripts. I don’t recall if HK$ ever described his heroic efforts at ice-bathing or underwater rescue.
That Wed afternoon, KE was getting pretty anxious - but she underestimated HK$’ ability to keep Anna under wraps & out of view for so long.
Your turn;)
No photos on the reservation site for the Hardrock - but did find this:
http://www.accesshollywood.com/news/ah4021.shtml
Inside is a four-post canopy bed with a down comforter and a simple duvet of subtle white stripes. The sheets are soft Egyptian cotton. A display on the nightstand phone reminds the guest that the casino is always open.
The master bathroom has a deep whirlpool tub with a jar of green bath salts, an orchid and a loofah near its rim. The glassed-in shower has a stainless-steel head that makes the water fall like rain.
Another good observation on this thread. If only you guys had investigated the case instead of was it Tiger or Moose?
