The above is just one example of errors of omission and expediency. Called an accident - no signs of trauma - and the bruises on her shoulders are from a ‘fall in the bathtub” How about being held down in the bathtub?

She also said "that was the set up". To me that is a weird way of putting it. I believe she was trying to get it out without really saying it (at that point) that HKS knew ANS was dead and was setting up the scene.

A couple of things stand out:

She was found in bed at 1:00 PM...about the same time Howard arrived at the dock. I always said that Howard called Moe and told him to call Taz because he didn't know Taz's number and didn't want to ring the hotel phone near the bed. I think Moe then called taz and Moe called Howard and said Anna was OKAY. Since Anna had to be found while he was away, he must have panicked.

Now, there's a little Pause and I need to insert "a necessity". Brigitte heard Taz on the phone and thought Anna was up. She went in BUT WHY DID SHE GO UP TO ANNA?? I think Howard in his PANIC might have rang the Hotel Phone (by Anna's bed?) and hung up. That would bring Brigitte NEAR Anna where she would NATURALLY glance AND WONDER why Anna hadn't moved when the phone rang.

Why didn't Howard just wake Anna up when he was leaving for the dock and tell her that Taz and Brigitte would help her if she needed help.

How dark WAS the room that they were fiddling with the light?

Not sure why I think this, but I got the impression it was one of ANS’s laptops Tas was using. Nothing to prove that, tho - just gut instinct.

I hope Greta or somebody will push for an investigation of Dr. Eroshevitch. DEA agents broke down the door with a battering ram (is that what it's called?) of Chris Benoit's doctor, why not Dr. E's?

Maybe it is a good thing they cant keep their story straight?...maybe more red flags are going up?

So besides moe thinking he saw her move that morning, do we know when the last time anyone other than HKS saw Anna alive? Could she have died sometime the nite before?

It seems odd her being so sick that someone was not checking her throughout the nite and early the day she died.
How said is it that Howard yelled out to her(and she was probably dead already and he would of known that)

Howard says she had no drugs that morning which would seem impossible. He never mentions what she drank or whether he asked her if she wanted breakfast either. After having a fever and the flu, EVERYONE knows you want to keep giving fluids. Many, many meds say take with food. Why meds all the other days and not this day?? Why no mention of fluids?
