Fuhrman - said will you take Anna to the rest room - that bothers him a lot????

Dr. Baden - the contents of the baby bottle should have been examined to see if it had anything in it that Anna had ingested.

The purple blotches - it would take more than an hour from her death for those blotches to show up.

Mark - I don't think the body should have ever been moved - those spots that Moe's wife described - they surface on hemorrhaging and natural cases - this would establish a timeline - at least an hour - which would mean that when HKS walked out of that room to the lobby that ANS was already death. Dr. Baden - when the blood settles sometimes the capillaries break - leaving to those purple spots which does lead to at least an hour timeline.

Should have left the body at the scene - could have talked with doctor over the phone to declare her dead.

Dr. Baden - says Taz is very credible - the dried out feces - Anna not moving from the time she went into the room - sounds like Anna was dead when Taz came in to take care of her.

Mark - the need to take Anna to the hospital and didn't - should make a lot out of it - she would have been borderline delusional - not way that she could have fought that - I question that maybe she was trying to bring her out of an overdose not a fever....

Greta - what about the package at Taz house - seems to me there is not much of an investigation here....Dr. Baden - agree - Mark - would this be a case you would push? Furhman - nothing that is right about this investigation - they allow this innocent woman Taz to discover her dead - smacks that ANS could have been dead maybe hours before she was found dead.

Oh shoot - I didn't even hear that. They know how to get ratings, that's for sure. The big issue for Taz was Howard being down in the lobby when they got there from the airport.....when Taz was told Stern NEVER left Anna when she was sick.

Wonder what Stern's plan was down in the lobby? Any ideas?

I think Howard was hightailing it too - and Moe & Taz arrived unexpectedly. He had already given orders to Moe by phone to “take Anna to the bathroom (if she asked?) but to let her sleep”.

TAZ was quite clear that HK$ spoke only to Moe on the phone.

There are so many questions. Anna went to the hospital to have her baby - how does Taz know Anna objected to calling 911?.

Was Howard the person who gave instructions and did he do that in Anna’s presence or behind her back?

Agreed - she said she thinks she was set up. They were set up. She and Moe. I agree. But their silence has not been a good thing for them. At least she is voicing "suspicions" now. But a "setup" means there had been planning of a crime....THAT is what she is saying without saying it out loud.

Good job, Taz. Team Stern will be coming after you - either with a bribe or with a threat.

Maybe she is looking for some bribe money? Hush money? Or maybe she didn't get enough such money already???? Who knows. At least she has said what she has said in public for all the world to see and hear.

Oh right! And Anna was screaming in the background - and KE was the ice-bath “physician” who knew less than Taz.

Great interview - Taz used the term “set up” about the drugs delivered to her home and about having been left with the dead Anna. I think she realizes the KE/HK$ plot included blaming her & Moe for Anna’s death. Not sure Moe is totally blameless - or at least he should have been more suspicious.

Yes, it’s a used computer that I was given by the computer company across the street that went broke and closed up shop while working on my real puter. This was the loaner and they just told me to keep it. (I still have my real one, but it doesn’t boot and they never installed the new modem I took it to them to install in the first place, so there it sits in my closet.)

I don’t know what all is on here and it’s XP Pro, for which I have no documentation, so wouldn’t even attempt to do anything like that. It was supposed to be able to burn CD’s and if it would, I could’ve put all my ANS and other crime stuff on there, which would be really helpful for searching, but it doesn’t burn CD’s. The folder for that software is completely empty.

To save my ANS and other 3 years worth of crime stuff would take dozens and dozens of floppies, which I don’t have. My previous case files fill up 10 floppy cases that hold 60 each! One of my former crime forum friends used to send me blank floppies, but I ran through all of those and I’m not sure I can buy them anymore, with only Walgreen’s as my only store. Also, some of my files are too big for one 1.44 floppy alone and no way to break up the file. *sigh*

Back to topic - thanks to all for the Tas notes!

Very, very important that *someone* find out what HKS’s role in ANS’s corporations was. I assumed he owned some “shares,” but don’t know how many. Others on other forums always treat it as if it were a partnership, which it wasn’t. They think that HKS had the “right of survivorship” and just inherited all of her images, royalties and rights to her likeness and name, which I *doubt,* but it’s very important when hearing what Tas has to say.

It’s sounding more and more to me like a pact between KE and HKS to take advantage of the situation (ANS’s continued drug abuse and her grief over Daniel) to make her “memory” a valuable trademark in the future - more valuable than if she had continued her downward spiral. This doesn’t avoid the Marshall issues, but would be to “overcome” them with more money to come from her death via this route. HKS could say it was for Dannielynn, but if he was the beneficiary of the corporation, then he is the one to profit from all this. The way he is operating as if he owns the Studio City house and Horizons, there must be something in those corporate articles that no one knows. This is important. Thank you, Tas!!
