I wasn’t home this afternoon, but I wish I could have seen the program! I hope he reads your email tomorrow and I can hear his response. Has Kimberly gone over to LB’s side? Usually, she’s a spitfire and calls a ‘spade a spade’. I don’t know why everyone’s afraid of Lin Wood...he can’t win them all. If he files a suit against everyone who is critical of HKS or LB, he’ll tie the courts up in some suits that will surely be seen as “frivolous lawsuits”. When he (Lin Wood) has to pay attorneys fees and court costs for some of the folks he is attempting to intimidate; he might get his comeuppance! He can’t muzzle everyone and we do have our Rights too! I get ticked off at attorneys and other people who think they can intimidate others or manipulate people.

Are you watching Nancy Grace - “epidemic and open season on pregnant women”

Of course Nancy herself is pregnant.

It appears this 22-yr young, married mother of 2 sons worked late night/early morning, delivering USToday to store machines while husband watched children. Husband seems genuine and does not appear to be a suspect; the cops have a ‘person of interest’ composite sketch. She was killed close to a homeless hangout and drug treatment facility. “She was not afraid and enjoyed the hours - quiet and peaceful”.

I have to stop getting obsessed with these tragedies. The helplessness and outrage is much too depressing.

Sac/Sod - so you did not hear anything either about the supposed inquest? I searched some Bahamas newspapers - no mention of it and Greta had no mention of it last night. It's as if Daniel Smith's mur...death has totally dropped off the radar of any news agency. Too bad....for the cause of justice for Daniel's death.

I don’t know what the smell is! IMO Larry knowingly signed
a contract with Anna and not to do with media(jan 3), then after the Marshall case became a possibly, he persued paternity against, the contract! He became agressive AFTER Daniel’s death, threatening to take Dannielynn away. As a mother I’d do everything in my power to keep my child with me, whether that ment a presumed ‘dad’ and a ‘marriage’, he did not have to go as far with the media as he did, as he says the DNA and reconcilation would have happened sooner than later!(not likely if Anna were alive) I don’t like him!

It seems that reporters and show hosts are so “ga-ga” over Larry Birkhead and his ‘single daddy’ status they have forgotten - how and why Dannielynn actually has two daddies but no mother!!!!

No mother, no big brother and no access by her maternal grandmother. But Howard gets FULL access??

All I can picture is KE, Howard and Larry sitting down everynight with a list of "media plans".

There are the teasers...Larry's dating, unique tombstone in the making....

I'm waiting for them to announce that the bodies WILL BE reinterred in Ca. The Guardian ad litem no longer has any say.

It is Dannie Lynn's call and it will be said that they are being removed because if Dannie Lynn was going to live in the USA, that's where Anna would want her and Daniel to be buried.

BUT...we have to get by the inquest. I'm now betting there will never be an JURY inquest.

Only enough to isolate Virgie in the custody/guardian battle.

I make the analogy that Howard had been toiling on the wagon train for 12+ years as Anna’s scout to the Marshall estate. He became adept at chucking folks of the wagon if they became obstacles. He also gave rides to those who could help him (KE).

Hollywood Hatten got iced.
He ‘estranged’ Virgie and all other family connections.
He ‘estranged’ Daniel (the reunion was a problem).
KE was given a ride.
LB was picked up and....after making a donation....dropped off.
The Wagon train often took detours.....but Howie learned how to make rapid adjustments as needed...it was always a work in progress. As the train neared its destination(s) Daniel’s coming of age - DL’s birth - LB’s obsession - Anna’s drug overdose, Virgie’s outrage - Howie was always just one step ahead with a script or a lawsuit.

With LB he has just been using Larry’s weaknesses against him....like you bribe a kid with ice-cream...and threaten him with low grades.

Jennifer Nielsen's murder is such a sad, sad story. I really feel sorry for her and the family. She had two children, a husband who loved her. I hope they catch the killer.

I saw Larry Brikhead on John Gibson whom I like. But what the heck they threw at Larry such puffball questions like only Larry King would ask. And he mainly just babbled. Even Kimberly was soft on him. What a waste of TV time.

And the slimy Howard K. Stern, THE suspect in Daniel and Anna Nicole Smith's death, is the executor!

Dannielynn looks more and more like Virgie Arthur.

I’m beginning to accept that Dannielynn will look exactly like Virgie before there is justice for Danniel & Anna.

Expect that all the players & concerned public will be long buried and Dannielynn in her 50’s when she herself discovers the truth...from her own curiosity or someone’s confession.

I was reading at tmz.com about an alleged shopping trip that Birkhead had to a fancy baby store. It’s a tacky story. In the comments there are alot of people who are begging Howard to take Dannielynn back and save her from Birkhead. I can’t help but wonder if Howard put some of them up to it.

Headline: A young female attorney is looking into the mysterious deaths of her brother and mother.

At the present time, she is at her grandmother's side, recording her story. Her grandmother was approached by the young attorney after years of being "isolated" from her.

The young attorney said she asked many times from her earliest years to see her but was kept from her by a court order initiated by her father. The court used a video as evidence of her mother's wishes to keep her from her grandmother.

When she reached the age of immancipation, the order became defunct. It was at that time the she was first able to cantact her grandmother and has since moved to Texas to be near her and at the ranch where her mother was raised.

The young woman said that after seeing the video herself, it bothered her as she could see that her mother was being prompted by her attorney, Howard K. Stern AND that the tape was ONLY a rehash of a phone call which was left on her grandmother's answering machine. She has now obtained the real tape of that conversation and it is markedly different from the video.

Months ago, (during my stupid days;) I predicted a future for DL where she was enjoying the support of her father and grandmother, riding horses in TX & KY etc., etc.,
