Probably to sue Greta and Fox news, along with Ford Shelley. They may not be concerned about deposition... but I hope Great-a would not settle out of court and would use being sued as an opportunity to really bring this thing home.

I just have not been in the mood to hang out on FR.

Actually everything is still going on. My BIL’s South Carolina wake was today and this evening. My sister and her children are flying in tomorrow to STL with her husbands remains. Wednesday she picks out the double plot - Friday is his wake and Saturday he will be buried.

Today I ordered his flowers for his STL wake.
I am still having a tough time dealing with it because he has been part our family for so long. I worry about my sister as well as my niece and nephew most of all. I know it is not really going to hit my sister until after she returns home to South Carolina after the funeral.

One thing for sure is my BIL had good life insurance on himself, so she will be fine financially. But all this has had me thinking real hard about my husbands own coverage. I am going to have him have it increased some.

Life is short and anything can happen at any time. I strongly suggest that everyone stops and reviews their own life insurance policies to make sure they are up to date and will pay out enough in the event you would loose your own spouse.

I’m sure a bit of literary and artistic memorabilia as collateral could have been used to help “defray” expenses. Celebrity clingers, wannabees and doggers always have their noses out for such items. Some celebs offer them as “in lieu of.” If that were the case, then they were rightfully “owned by KE and Wes. I just hope the IRS gets their share so that the amount fetched by these items doesn’t just go into KE’s lawyering up, thereby helping her to continue protecting herself and friendincrime, Howie.

4 1/2 years ago my daughter’s husband died unexpectedly. My grandson was 6. One year and three months later, she got a call from her college roommate. Her husband died in a car accident. They had two children...a 5 year old and a 3 month old. Both my daughter and her college roommate were in each other’s weddings. Yes, life is short.

Since many people seem to be a little confused on this recent libel/slander issue, I found a decent layman's synopsis of exactly what defamation entails, replete with case law. Feel free to peruse this reference.

It's important to note that just adding JMO (Just My Opinion) to statements does not leave the commentator exempt. For example, back when John O'Quinn passed out briefly in Seidlin's court room, I happened to be reading the Court TV message boards. The accusations that he is a drunk and that's why he passed out were running like a rabid fever on that forum. Some of their posters actually believed that by adding "JMO" at the end of their accusations made it an opinion instead of statement. Not so! See section D of the reference.

Key here is "whether a statement is intended to convey an actual fact about a person". In the accusations made against O'Quinn being a drunk and which continue even today there, it's treading on libel ground, irregardless of adding JMO. See the difference?

I don't know where they got this "JMO" disclaimer. It doesn't exempt them from saying anything they want. They are passing along incorrect information. But this is law we're talking about and under the law, they are wrong - JMO or no JMO.

Anyway, I hope the article helps clear up any confusion some of you may have had on the subject.

On a personal note, there's been many times I would have loved to release some frustration out due to the boiling wrongness of this case. But the truth is, it's simply not worth my life, my family or my house. And I'm sure it's not worth yours either. In the end, I still have faith in the democratic system and the Higher Authority that oversees us all; both of which, will judge accordingly -- one way or the other. In other words, don't let this get to you to that level. ;)

Oh, that was an older clip that they always use to show that HKS has actually held Dannielynn at least once. They have one more they alternate with it.

Then, for the big guns, they use the one when ANS was still around and she talks about what a good daddy he is, while he holds the baby.

Once, they also had the one where they asked Anna who the father of Dannielynn is, then zoomed up really close in her face and she waited a minute and then said ... “him” and just pointed to HKS sitting next to her.

They said, Howard is the father? ANS said “he’s the father of ... her.”

The way she said the last part was chilling. I know she cooed over the baby in other clips, but that time it was if the baby was some alien or somebody else’s puppy or something ... she said “her” like it was distasteful - same tone of voice as when she spoke of “some girl” Daniel liked.

Correct! It has to go up before a probate judge first.

Tonight on Greta, I swear she was reading my mind! She was going in the direction that if the will is invalidated, there is nothing to put in trust via an executor. The money goes to the estate only and thereby, Dannielynn. She believes a new executor, the father, would be the next logical pick.

No one wanted to speculate, but I think she has a great legal argument there. She also pointed out that it remains to be if Stern will push for executorship by trying to validate the will in a possible probate fight.

We'll have to wait and see. Tomorrow we're only going to get DNA results.
