Yes - I saw that - "named executor" - yet the will is not validated yet, legally, correct?

Correct! It has to go up before a probate judge first.

Tonight on Greta, I swear she was reading my mind! She was going in the direction that if the will is invalidated, there is nothing to put in trust via an executor. The money goes to the estate only and thereby, Dannielynn. She believes a new executor, the father, would be the next logical pick.

No one wanted to speculate, but I think she has a great legal argument there. She also pointed out that it remains to be if Stern will push for executorship by trying to validate the will in a possible probate fight.

We'll have to wait and see. Tomorrow we're only going to get DNA results.

Oh, I definitely think HKS will push for that - he’s been living his whole life to be “legally” in that position.

Then there are Neavett and Ross and Rale - he’d probably have to leapfrog over a few people in order to be a “name” in any Marshall proceedings (which I don’t see happening).

OMG!! Why are all these talking heads (except Greta, apparently) so afraid to say the OBVIOUS!! If HKS is not Dannielynn’s father, and if the will is NOT authenicated or executed (and it is likely it won’t be), then HKS is OUT!! OUT....OUT....OUT!! That is not libel or slander, that is the freaking LAW!! What is so scary about saying that!!
