Correct answer is BOTH and right there is a conspiracy!
Anyways, just browsing around the web. Never realized that Anna was taken to The Joe DiMaggio Memorial Hospital when she died. Leads me to believe that they ORIGINALLY were going to claim suicide but she wasn't lucid enough to write a note and there were too many witnesses that said she was fine (Rales talked to her at least twice) that week and said so but that had to be a lie.)
Have been gone from the thread...has it been discussed that (according to Kimberly Guilfoyle and Courtney Freel) LB has a female love interest, who is being touted as a possible bride to be and stepmom to DannieLynn? Someone he knew when growing up back in Kentucky, who is divorced with a 13 yr old son. “A beautiful blonde” who at times accompanied him to court in FL. Courtney let the cat out of the bag that it was somewhat surprising since the talk had been that LB liked boys, that he wasn’t straight. I’m quoting Courtney. Sorry if I’m way behind the curve here.

Dunno. At first, I was under the impression those photos were taken in CA, but didn’t know the date. I know they were around online before the upload date of 5-28-07 on those.
Now I’m thinking maybe they were taken in FL? Would LB be out cavorting in the surf during the burial hearing like that, when he had the paternity suit going on?
I haven’t seen her up close *for sure,* so I don’t know. The only times they might have been at a beach together were during the hearing, while he was staying in her mom’s house, and she was nearby (in FL, anyway) and taking afternoon time out after school, or during her school’s spring break, or on the weekends.
Obviously not when they were in KY and probably not in CA, until recently, because they couldn’t really “get together” until school was out for her - and I guess for her son, too. Just not sure because I can’t find dates and location on these.
They say “spn” photos on the labels, so I’m guessing that’s SplashNews.
Yeah, that was a great irony on the Joe DiMaggio Memorial hospital thing and I didn’t quite understand at first why nothing more was made of it, until I saw that his name is just on a children’s wing of the same hospital where she was taken when she died.

Why do you think an older will would supercede the last will? The judge in the current probate was willing to replace Daniel with DL because she is the next of kin. Why would an older will naming Virgie as executor make the judge change his mind? Especially with the precedent in Florida of giving HKS the right to choose the burial place even though he was not next of kin. He was at that time the “father” of DL which made him almost next of kin.
Was ANS working on Ben T. to make him believe he was the father of the baby so he’d just give her Horizons?
The email quoted here is almost unreadable. Did she think HKS was the father or was she making that up for dramatic emphasis? What did the end of it mean about the star?
What’s up with the confusion over Daniel’s death? Why does Dr. Wecht change his mind? Why does Howard go on national tv the day before Dr. Wecht signs the official death certificate and say drugs were not a factor? Why does Dr. Wecht sign the death certificate? He’s not a Bahamian.
After Ben Thompson refused to “return” to see “his” baby,did ANS realize she’d have to come up with 15K to pay the rent? And why did HKS keep the dollar amount of the wire transfers below 5K?
There appears to be a LOT of scrambling around, but perhaps none of it has a meaning other than the hasty improvisations of a pair of grifters?
What’s shameful is that the courts don’t seem to care that HKS used “undue professional influence” on ANS all those years, even going so far as “professinally advising” her to sign a fraudulent birth certificate naming him as Dannielynn’s “legal” father in The Bahamas.
Based solely on that, his “team” was “awarded” the burial rights. If the hearing had been held a month later, under different circumstances, a totally different result may have emerged.
Disgraceful.
Larry didn't know ANS was going to die when he hired Debra Opri. Therefore, his original purpose may have been to milk the publicity of being DL's bio dad; and that's why he needed Opri to make him a media celebrity. He was just going to gain notariety as the long suffering father. Conflict with ANS was important to his purpose because it created lots of publicity, i.e., opportunities to cash in on instant fame! Remember how heartless it seemed right after her C-section and the death of Daniel to compel her to return to Calif. for DNA hearings? I totally agreed with Judge Seidlin's when he brought this point out in court. What wa$ the hurry?
Talk about a “dual” relationship and ethical malpractice! Lawyer and “father” of the baby. And no one raises an eyebrow except Judge Seidlin and Virgie. But Seidlin sided with Howie after all. Was that because Daniel was already buried there? And Howie said it was her wishes? Howiebaby gets away with his stories constantly. Did you see Lizarde’s post tonight about him going on LKL and declaring Daniel did not die of drugs? And the next day, his employee Dr Wecht declares Daniel dead of drugs!
Gotta hit the sack for tonight. Keep up the good work. Wish I had something helpful to tell you about your hands. I take Zyrtec everyday to keep my allergic rashes under control. Have to order it from Down Under because it’s so expensive here.
Thanks. I don’t think mine’s an allergy, since I take a super-Benadryl every day already. The rash is systemic now, not reacting to anything outside, so it’s some virus or infection I just have in my body all the time - without medical help, I can only experiment.
Two weeks ago, it was fine, then got inflamed again and when I ran ice water over it (a jug I keep in fridge just for this), it kept the itch away - once for three whole days! That was great.
Then when it came back, as it always does, it was worse - so I had to go to the next levels of treating the horrid itching - Lanacane spray, then when or if that wears off, hydrocortisone cream, my last resort because I hate putting it on - can’t do anything with hands in the meantime and can’t re-apply for many hours.
Anyway, now the little blisters are showing up on the sides of my fingers, which is fairly new. Well, one little batch of them was rubbing against the next finger and got broken open, then infected, badly - before I ever even knew it. (When it started hurting.)
So, I have been dealing with that for over a week. It think I finally have it under control and healing. I didn’t know what to do at first, because I had put Neosporin on it, then covered it with a Bandaid, thinking that’s all I needed. Wrong.
I had a reaction of some kind to the Neosporin (I’ve always suspected that it wasn’t really good for me, but hoped it was - always use it and never heal as quickly as I should) and my finger got much worse. It also cracks open really easily because it’s on my mouse hand, next to my right-clicking finger, lol. The cut and paste finger! I’m trying not to use it!
So, with such limited resources as I have, the only thing I could think of to do was to keep pouring small amounts of Listerine over it. I knew the boys at war use it for all kinds of antiseptic uses on wounds, so it couldn’t hurt!
At least that stopped it. Then I thought of what I could substitute for Neosporin that was maybe more suited than Listerine, lol. I remembered Bactine from when I was kid - so went and got some of that. I just keep spraying it every time it touches something and so far, so good.
It’s starting to heal, but still hurts like heck and looks awful - but I can see improvement! Guess I better post what I was going to, about ANS in my next post. Sorry to go on and on - but it’s the biggest pain I have right now!

I don’t think ANS was *necessarily* trying to get Horizons from Ben for free by using the possibility of his fathering her baby as leverage - I think that would’ve been “gravy.” She was just trying to get a lot of money from him, by whatever means possible.
ANS had already told Gina repeatedly that Birkhead was the baby’s father, so when she said she was going to marry Howard and her daughter would have a father, she was just saying “I’ll show all y’all!” who wouldn’t go along with her on whatever her fanciful wishes seemed to be at that moment.
(What was really pathetic was that she also told Gina in early May 2006 in an email or text that LB, in spite of her changing phone numbers constantly to avoid him, had “gotten in” her house - the one he now lives in, you know - past all kinds of souped-up security systems, “while she was so sick in January”. I have no idea what her illness was at the time, but this is the “romantic encounter” that produced Dannielynn!)
But, back to the Sept 18 email - I’m sure HKS had been “advising” all along how helpful it would be for him to be her husband, for legal matters and such, lol. She just finally was out of all possible options and at the moment, she was down to only HKS and Dr Khris as her constant companions. And Moe was already married, lol!
I guess Dr Khris said no to her proposals, lol. Gee, they probably could’ve had the same commitment ceremony that ANS & HKS had - same difference! You realize, I’m *assuming* that it’s true that the 2nd divorce found for Eroshevich in court records, found by someone else, not me - was from Wes Irwin, though they remained living together, somewhat.
Several times Wes was called her “ex-husband” or “former husband” in media reports, but nothing changed at all, as far as their property or anything else that I could see. She had always used her maiden name after they married in 1991 in LV, so that wasn’t anything to judge by - so I just really don’t know if KE and Wes are still legally married or not.
Of course, she did go “live” in The Bahamas with ANS, but I’m not so sure that was as permanent as the impression she gave. She might have been traveling back and forth during that time period. Obviously she had been in L.A. when the baby was born (even tho that’s why she was supposed to be in the Bahamas, was for ANS’s pregnancy and baby), because she had just seen Daniel right before he left there for Nassau.
Anyway, it was the “i will own star” statement I wanted to address. The email was written Sept 18, 2006. She and Daniel were on the cover of Star Magazine that week, naturally, because of his death. I think the cover date was Sept 13. Here’s a pic of it:

Unfortunately, I can’t find right offhand the text of the inside story, so I don’t know exactly what she was reacting to, as far as wanting to sue them and “own them” by getting such a huge settlement from them.
I assure you, it was something HKS told her he was going to do! Ha, probably the fact that they published the photos he took of Daniel - and since she was sedated and without memory of the event, he could’ve told her that paparazzi had sneaked into the hospital room and taken them! She’d be none the wiser.
Or, it might be some report of Daniel’s death that she was objecting to. Maybe the “blood and vomit” all over the room, or how distraught she was - altho, I’m certain she would not and could not object to that part.
I can’t remember if that was still when Bahamian authorities were keeping the “third person in the room” a secret or not - maybe Star revealed it was HKS. Just not sure what’s in there, but ANS’s reaction to all tabloid accounts of anything about her was mock outrage, I’m sure - even if she or HKS themselves had planted it.

I hope this isn’t hairsplitting.
But I understood the ridiculous precedent in FL to have been that a guardian ad litem will now butt in and decide burial matters in the case of an unmarried person dying and someone wants to contest a parent’s right to claim the body and bury the person.
The confusing part arises because the guardian in this case was representing DannieLynn (how do you represent a client not even in the country, much less the jurisdiction? but I digress...) AND decided it the exact way Stern wanted it decided. But it wasn’t Stern himself that was awarded the burial rights.
And Seidlin didn’t recognize Stern as the father of DannieLynn...did he? I didn’t think so.
