Speaking of “full of cr*p,” *ET* is going to have its hour-long weekend edition all about ANS.

It’s a re-run of one or another of the “Life and Death of Anna Nicole” specials they put together previously. I have no idea when it comes on in different places, or even when it comes on here - I’ve just seen promos yesterday and today.

I *think* it’s on Sunday real late. Seems like I always run into it when the only other things on my non-cable TV are infomercials. Well, almost the same thing, I guess!

To go back to your question about Van Nuys and the area code 818, this area is vast and includes Encino, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Burbank (I think), Van Nuys and more. Van Nuys is not an upscale place to live and I doubt any or these characters would want to live there. But Van Nuys may show up on telephone searches. I still don’t understand the relevance of switching the zeros in the year 2001. What other variation could it have been? The discrepancy may have simply been a secretary’s correcting an error using a different font.

Not only is there a cloud of suspicion surrounding HKS' involvement with ANS and Daniel; he went out of his way to alienate Virgie from her daughter. He was/is a control freak, IMO, and according to Virgie, he refused to allow her to talk to AN. I consider him a leech and as crooked and dangerous as a rattlesnake! He and LB are both going out of their way to smear Virgie. WHY? Could it be she is a threat to their control over whatever money DannieLynn might inherit? HKS should never have had the control over ANS' funeral and the arrangements. He was not married to her, nor was he a blood relative. It is no secret that the truth means nothing to him! Virgie has not asked for any money, and she's made it clear she doesn't want any, but she does want to protect her grand daughter, and why shouldn't she? LB commented on what a great dad he is and implied he doesn't need help in looking after DL"s money. His actions and lack of maturity indicate that maybe - if not Virgie - then the bank or someone not involved with all the "errors" in this case, should be appointed to protect her interests. It sure isn't bothering LB to live in a house that holds memories for him...and which he does not own! I fear he will make as much money as he can off DL."

This bears repeating. I suspect ANS blabbered to her mother over the phone too much information. Perhaps that is why Virgie told her daughter, watch out, you may be next. Maybe that explains why Virgie wouldn't stop fighting. Once the estate is probated into Howard's hands, what legal remedy does she have?

Larry was addicted to the media spotlight before Anna’s death. Do you remember one of the reasons he hired DO? He wanted her to make him a big celebrity. It’s amazing, isn’t it, that he got what he wanted and so publicly refuses to pay for it? Instead going on a Clintonesque/Howardesque search and destroy mission against Opri. Here’s a thought, maybe it isn’t about the money at all. Maybe he’s trying to discredit her in the public’s mind so that if she tells us what he really said to her, we won’t believe her.

BTW, if it was you asking about it—the lobster dinner was a thank you gift to the Schillings (?) for their generosity in giving free room and board to Larry and Opri in Fl. It saved Larry a small fortune. His manners stink! His mother, wherever she is, needs to give him a good ole Southern spanking!

Another thing that’s been bugging me the last two weeks as he goes on his media tour is his obvious delight being in Anna’s luxurious home. A normal person moving back to the deceased mother’s house would be reflective or humble about it,and stress that he’d rather have Anna than the house. He seems to lack the sensitivity that he pretended to have when Debra Opri was guiding him.

It could have been using the letter "O" instead of the number "0". I've done it so I know it does happen. The catch is: the difference makes no difference because no other number would make it better.

My problem is with the text of the will itself. The will excludes everyone in the Universe except Daniel as the beneficiary.

I still think there was an old will naming Virgie (and the aunt) as the executor and Virgie as Daniel's guardian. That's why they had to destroy Virgie. If a copy is ever found, it would change the whole of the probate.

The covers will start putting Larry and friend on the covers. Wonder what Howard's cut is?

I'm sure the deal that Larry made with Opri for publicity, etc. was replaced with a deal with Howard...if Larry would "please, please take the baby" and "don't testify in the Bahamas".

I think what Larry pulled with Opri was for tax reasons somehow. That's pure income for him and him alone and he can't deduct her fees as an expense and claim "0" and it would have nothing to do with Anna's estate.

Next thing you know, Larry will declare bankruptcy (via Howard). That'll likely give him some right to tap any estate money and it might be similar as to what has occurred with the house.

Liz, Sorry to be so late responding to your previous posting, but have been having computer problems. I updated a spyware program, and it messed up my connection to Outlook Express, plus my server was down one day. Some days I wish I had never heard of a computer, and on other days, I think they're the best thing ever invented!

I tried to find out when LB hired Opri and all I could find out was it was before ANS died. Someone had posted an URL where we could read the contract LB signed, but I couldn't find it. If we could find that, we could find out if he sued her before Daniel's death.

Digressing from LB a moment. I had an implant behind each eye tooth, one jaw tooth, and a lower tooth that didn't show. The dentist said I didn't need a bridge if I didn't smile too big, but I have a tendency to laugh a lot, so I insisted upon a bridge. It was much cheaper that what I paid for! It was the pits, and I couldn't wait to get home and take it out. They were constantly adjusting it, but it never felt comfortable, and I spoke with a lisp when I wore it. A friend who had a bridge made for her two front teeth has had wonderful results, so, hopefully, you will too. It took me a year to get the implants etc., but I had a pretty large bone graft on the right side because the tooth abscessed after they probed around it and pushed on it. I paid $400 to have it pulled...can you believe that - for one tooth? I guess it was difficult since it was abscessed and three different antibiotics weren't touching it. I don't think my swelling lasted as long as yours, but the friend who had her two front teeth pulled didn't swell at all! Hope the rest of your procedure will be a breeze for you.

IIRC, Larry hired Opri right after Howard announced that he was the father on Larry King Live and I think it was three days later that they had the commitment ceremony.

Everything happened so fast...the Residency, the birth, the death, the filing of the Birth Certificate, the cause of death and the request for an inquest and then there's a pause...where Howard was apparently behind closed doors gets the original inquest put off.

Then we begin again...in Florida...The boat, the sickness, the death, the burial....

These pauses always amount to something and I guess my instincts tell me bribery and/or connections.

On September 10th Mr.Larry B. obviously realized that his sperm donation had produced a child who could replace Daniel as the heir apparent to Marshall’s fortunes....and he wanted in.
