Hi sodpoodle,

LOL, fair enough! How refreshing, a direct person! I love that about this place.

I was never here before if that is what you mean. I read here off and on for a very long time, was impressed and sincerely meant what I posted! I admired the way this board searched for facts /truth, didn’t have a lot of childish games going on and studied the case. I just never took the time to figure out how this board works. Still am clueless to things I see like “ping” or “mark” but I like the focus on the case not battling the posters.

You don’t need to work so hard. I can tell you openly...

I was at CTV if that explains anything to you. I was xcel there. Usually bashed for much of my presentation and a threat to the gossips. Presenting factual ‘finds’ I was gang banged often. I was banned of course. You can’t be factual there OR call Howie the liar that he is and not get banned. I was not interested in returning for more surpression. I found the mod to be extremely controlling and feeds the games. Also, it is either her way - ‘loving’ Howie / hate Virgie or the highway. The gang bangs and her decided I should take the highway. lol
They actually did me a favor! I finally found where people actually want truth and facts. I post here and Crimelibrary.

What is humorous to me - they kept all my posts! That never happened before that I have seen. So, I took my toys and went home.. aka.. sent a request to delete all my posts. Obviously they wanted my research; however, I didn’t appreciate the compliment and wasn’t about to give them that benefit. Most there appear to want to simply quarrel and play childish games. There are a few good posters I miss there but .. not worth it to me. The overall was sickening imo. I prefer to study the case, DISCUSS and SHARE facts.. AND... be allowed to share thoughts with more than a brain dumb from what the media wishes to sell.

ANS case -
I remember blurps of ANS over the years. I used to watch that crazy show of hers. It was a sick attraction but there I was watching. No idea why except I am the type that watches a traffic crash with morbid curiosity too. I thought her to be immoral and a druggie years ago. I do not believe she deserved to be murdered which I suspect she was.

I have nothing to hide on my views of this case -

A. Never liked Howard but that has nothing to do with my belief that he is a link in these deaths.
B. I can’t imagine being Virgie. The pain and anger she has a right to is unbelievable to me. She is not perfect by far, but I don’t believe she is the villian and I KNOW she wasn’t near either dead body at the time of their demise.
C. I was Larry’s biggest ‘excuse’ maker in the beginning. Early on in FL I did a 180. I believe he was in on this from the start. Years ago infact.

One of my unanswered obsessive questions is .. and not answered at CTV or CL or here yet...
How did Larry get an apartment in Burbank ‘because of Anna and AFTER meeting ANS’ when every search I do shows him in Burbank since ... $FLAG$ ...2003! Just happens to be the year he met Howard according to his testimony.

Going back to Cali?

Larry Birkhead is busy moving into Anna Nicole Smith's former home in the San Fernando Valley, Calif., according to TMZ.com.

And he's had a bit of help with baby Dannielynn, thanks to Howard K. Stern.

"Our spies tell us Stern has visited the baby several times and he's getting along great with Larry B.," says TMZ.

The fellas head to court today for a hearing about Smith's estate. Things could get interesting, since Stern is an executor and Birkhead is father of the beneficiary, Dannielynn.

"The Buzz's" call to Birkhead was not returned before deadline.

Darn, I forget. Did a quick search on my files but I must have buried it under something other than her name. Sorry Liz I don’t remember it all but will continue to search for it. The whole darn island seems so incestuous how can you tell?

lol, I don’t offend easily. I absolutely LOVE the her upfront way! I tend to get a bit serious (slap me), admit I am suspicious by nature myself. I knew right where she was coming from. I might be a newbie here but I have ‘seen’ when CTV board closes from here. ;)

lol. I should have said HKS reminded ANS of Frankenstein because of his evilness. Right, wrong, or indifferent, I do believe HKS is evil, and LB (knowing how devious HKS is) is going right along with him in his manipulation of the law and people. I hope HKS traps himself up and is held responsible for his evil schemes - same goes for LB if he is knowingly and willingly complicit in these schemes.

Judge at center of Anna Nicole Smith burial battle stepping down

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) - The Florida judge at the center of the Anna Nicole Smith burial battle is stepping down.

Broward County Circuit Judge Larry Seidlin (SYD’-lihn) wrote to Florida Governor Charlie Crist that he will be leaving the bench July 31st to pursue other opportunities. The letter doesn’t get into specifics of his future plans, but rumors have swirled for months that he was considering a deal for a television court show.
