TV says the Inquest hearing will resume June 26th.

The custody hearing will be the 22nd (Birkhead). Maybe he's planning to be at the inquest as he did ask to speak and I think he was on the list.

I assume that Howard has to be at the custody hearing. Maybe Bahama LE is wising up and planned these dates so that Howard can be compelled to testify at the inquest and/or maybe we'll get lucky and he'll just get arrested.....for something. Fraud is all over the place. (Horizons, birth certificate, marriage fiasco...Gibson, Gibson, Gibson........He sure used these folks royally.

Yeah, I did see ET right before I shut everything down. There *was* a hearing or lawyer meeting of some kind at the courthouse in Nassau today (glad to know I wasn’t crazy!)- and that’s where they announced this June 26th date for Daniel’s inquest.

Moving it up a month sooner sounds promising! And I guess they moved Dannielynn’s until two weeks later than the original June 8th. I hate to say it sounds like *some* things are “coming together,” but it does!

I think the “good news” is that everything we’ve seen in the “dispute” names Vickie Lynn Marshall as the imaginary owner on the ANS side - NOT “Hot Smoochie Lips” or “Cracker Inc./Whatever”.

So it’s not owned by a corporation of their creation, meaning HKS is not a shareholder commingled with ANS and he can’t back-door any co-options that way.

Sure wish we could find out some of the “dete’s” on the Coral Harbour house.

P.S. As a sidenote to my post to which this one is attached (#11556, which click below), I was reading all through the home dispute notes again the past few days as I got time and I ran across the “other way” a foreigner could gain “economic resident” status, besides buying a $500,000 home.

It was to create a business that employed Bahamians. Whaddaya wanna bet that’s what “Cracker Inc.” (if it exists) was supposed to be? And they got King Eric to be the construction super - and they lumped the boat into the corp as well and hired him as captain, plus one or more of his boys as crew.

I’m wondering now if the Coral Harbour house was Plan B in a totally different way - since it cost less or was valued less than the $500,000 minimum.

From an October story about the dispute: “...The first economic route to permanent residency is for a foreigner to invest a significant amount of money in a business in The Bahamas, and to create jobs for Bahamians....”

I don’t have anything factual about the construction halt that morning. Heard the same rumors everyone else had but haven’t seen anything substantial to back them up except a video once where it was indeed stopped. What a mess! Bathtubs in on the front lawn, junk everywhere. I would suspect they had to stop the remodeling because Anna wasn’t alive. How would Howard continue to ‘pretend’ to sign her checks as her and get away with THAT! Know what I mean?

What is a bit curious to me, why didn’t her great friends jump in and continue working? King, Gibsons lol.

I did read a Bahamian news article that asked why they paid double what the boat was worth (from someone in the Bahamas asking). And that the owners of the pink house made such a profit they left right after to an expensive glorious trip / vacation.

Let me say first, I admire your posts. Been following your’s for some time now. Applause to all your work.

We should see or at least hear of proof when the Will gets processed. It is already reported that it will be listed in her assests. Course, that statement came from the yukka camp of hks so if you ask me, we shall see. Lying about it at this point would be a really dumb move and put a big spot light back on him so I have a feeling it is probably true.

I heard the same rumors but have seen nothing to support those rumors. I would love any info you can find though. I also suspect Anna was not in the dire financal pits some try to paint. Callenders made a few statements to paint a totally different picture. I think they were privy to some of her finances.

I saw an interview with a Bahamas lawyer (Greta maybe way back)saying at this point, she probably wouldn’t lose her residency even if she lost Horizons because she had bought ‘other’ property and it would be difficult for the government to take back an approval already done. Was he in the know or, just spewing? Who knows.

I have notes on my notes and little organization myself Rte66. I keep on trying to dig up more concrete info on the Coral house but have had no success .. yet. I have so many links they will probably decide the Marshall case before I get it all in good order and we know that is a long way off. lol

Oh, to get this stuff on a searchable CD one of these days. Altho, it wouldn’t have helped with this, because I searched everything I could without actually re-reading 40+ files full of notes.

And that’s what keeps happening to me. Whenever I work on the Case Name List revision #2 (3rd list, actually), I get off on tangents, just trying to pin down some one little thing, so I can say it factually. Way too time-consuming, unfortunately. More questions than answers!

Many of the Bahamian things are going to remain “mysteries,” I’m afraid. And that’s the way they want it.

I have most of the transcripts since Anna died copied, but still haven’t finished reading them all in detail. However, the CH house was in the news “between” Daniel’s and Anna’s death and I wasn’t keeping such good notes then, or really paying much attention - so I lost some of the early news on it and what I have in retrospect isn’t much for us to hang our hats on.

I’ll keep looking, if you will, lol!

Just another little tidbit to keep this thread active until we get some, ‘hopefully’, juicy news from the inquest. There were several spots on television last night announcing that Debra Opri was suing Larry Birkhead for not paying for her services. She allegedly said she worked hundreds of hours for him, and that she charged $475.00 per hour. Larry was reported as saying that ‘she knew he was not in California now - that he was taking care of Dannilynn until he had to return to the Bahamas for a further custody hearing.’ He made some comment about the public being unaware of why he had to fire her (Debra Opri), and the question was ‘how much she owed him?’ It sounds like our boy, LB, knows how to sucker punch when he wants to. I have a feeling we will learn more unflattering things about LB before this saga is over. He proved he was untrustworthy when he literally threw Virgie to the dogs when he hooked up with the devious and dishonest HKS. Those aren’t just opinionated adjectives describing HKS...they are facts when you consider his testimony in court and his actions throughout his association with ANS.

I reserved decision on Larry and still do. Sometimes the seemingly nicest guy is really a crud. I'm not saying that he shouldn't have Dannie Lynn and/or have control of her assets. The question is....If Anna was a poor little girl, would Larry have stepped forward??? I doubt it.

Dissing Virgie??? No one should have dissed her. She lost part of her heart in this...a daughter and a grandson...a grandson who she raised for 6 years. Only when Anna latched onto the dead man walking...did Anna take Danny back...He became her "pawn" in her old "rich man" game. She was just plain greedy.

Anna was applying for perm res and wished to “gain status as an Investor”! Apparently it was noted in paperwork or some letter. Anyway, this would mean all the way back to the application time, even before another home was purchased!
There had to be some kind of a plan from the get go.
Nov 13th article she was house hunting.
Nov 30th article she ‘bought a dockside’ home.

Some notes:
Callender’s attached a Form IV from Dept of Immigration to a press statement. They point specifically to ‘question 26’. I guess this is to show, the paperwork only asks if they own a home, it does NOT require any proof of mortgage or conveyence. It simply asks if the applicant owns his own home.
Callenders state a mortgage was prepared as the same time as the conveyence.
Callenders did not give a copy of the conveyence to hks. How he ended up with one which landed in the hands of Gibson to present before the parliment bash he put on Callenders suggest is for Mr Gibson to explain.
Callenders when it was realized ANS wasn’t going to pay / sign, NOTIFIED Immigration the Transaction was being aborted.
Munroe: Mentions at one point that the other home was bought to insure her residency was met. This suggests it met the value requirements to me, but then it is Monroe blabbing. lol

Those nasty emails, calling Daniel ‘that kid’right after his death!? Using Virgie, then turning on her in a moment right when the deals with hks were outed. His needless venom dripping at every press ‘show’ from that day since towards Virgie said a lot to me. Laughing at his own ‘divorce’ jab shows what a punk he is and how he enjoys causing pain. He won, there was no reason to do that but he did and thought it was funny. His dad never even met Virgie and had to take a cheap pot shot which LB thinks is cute? Any doubts I had were gone completely when he took hks with when Virgie was to finally get to hold her granddaugher for the first time. There was no reason for him to use that hateful dark one to hurt Virgie that day. He LET the walking devil stand there as if he had rights still. That had to bother Virgie and Larry knew it would, but he had made his choice. By then, it was loud and clear to me what we are dealing with here. He even had to break into his ‘fun’ at the Derby to call in a phone interview just to whip out some Virgie shots. The woman has never once taken a shot at this punk. He doesn’t fool me for a second anymore. Whatever battles him and Opri had behind the scenes, he waited until the twelve hour to dump her. When he knew he didn’t need her and flew off to the Bahamas. He had time for the Derby and he has time to handle his affairs if he wanted to be a man not a punk.

Nice of him to offer up to testify at the inquest for ‘that kid’! I’m figuring he will be sure to help his best pal hks out here too.

KE always *did* fly under the radar, so to speak - and I’m sure that’s true even more so, now.

Funny, I was looking through some old ANS pix the other night, trying to get straight in my mind as to when she was fat and when she wasn’t, because there were two distinct times of fatness.

Then, I wanted to see some pix when she was PG because I couldn’t recall seeing many, if any, at all - besides the clown video and one with HKS when she took her top off in Myrtle Beach. Just wanted to compare and contrast her face puffiness in the last videos we saw - “baby” fat or drugs?

If she was in such “demand” that the paparazzi were constantly chasing her and she needed to move to The Bahamas, how come no pix then? I’ve heard there is one nude one or series of them somewhere that HKS has for “later”. You know, like ET’s “lost tapes” but not for prime time TV. So, was her whole deal just that she didn’t want anyone to see her “fat” again?

Anyway, in the series of snaps done by Patrik of the commitment ceremony, Dr E is in one, with all of them sitting together on the boat - and the caption names everyone else except her! Not even “unsub” (unknown subject, lol) - her presence isn’t even acknowledged and it’s a fairly close-up of pic of maybe 4-5 people, lol.

(There’s also a pretty younger woman in all the pix who is never named - not the two husbands’ daughter Shelby, but someone else.)

Wonder why she is so ephemeral. Even the nannies seldom mentioned she was there - and she lived with ANS! Maybe somebody will ask about her at the inquest.

I haven’t figured out whose “side” I’m on in the Opri-LB saga yet.

I always thought she said she was doing it pro bono. (LOL, I saw a poster on a forum elsewhere say that Opri was already well known, she didn’t “need” to do pro bono work - I hope that’s not what most people think - that working for “free” means you’re hard up for work! It’s quite the opposite, *except* in HKS’s case.)

When we saw the alleged bill, I just thought it was dirty pool to publish that, not so much that it was so high. I honestly thought it was just for bookkeeping and would be “donated.” I did see that there were several “throwaways” in it where Larry could feel like he was “in charge” when he demanded those be removed - but only if he were planning to pay.

(Reminds me of the stories about when packaged cake mix was first being marketed - it was a bomb - until one of the salesmen found that homemakers wanted to be able to add their own touch to it, to think they were involved in the baking more than just adding water. When they re-intro’ed the mixes where you add two eggs, sales took off. Services billing with padding is like that - the client thinks he’s supersmart when he can get the atty to take off some of the charges.)

But then, when Opri came out with her statement that he hired her to also do media relations for him and to raise the funds to pay for her retainer, then I felt that maybe the bill was legit and he *should* pay her from the proceeds of the media contracts he made.

I really dislike that so many attorneys have hung out their shingles as “media relations” practitioners and as “business managers” for celebs, when these are totally separate professions that have their own ethics and practices - attorneys tend to blur the lines and just walk right over them. It’s not a good thing, in my mind.

Great info! Thanks! One thing that kept bothering me about all that was that ANS and HKS led people to believe they were “building” a new house, from scratch, when they were just remodeling a fixer-upper in a lesser part of town.

Some of the people speculating on the value may have felt that it had to be within the limits of the photo revenue ANS had gotten from the Daniel photos and the commitment ceremony stunt. One was $375,000 and the People Mag was rumored to have been $1 million at first, but later revised downward. There had also been the ET “exclusive” on the birth of Dannielynn, too. No idea on that amount, income-wise.

Anna claimed the Daniel/Dannielynn photo money would go to a non-profit foundation in Daniel’s name and would also help pay for his funeral. But the funeral was low-key and didn’t cost that much - and the foundation has never seen the light of day. Too bad that money wasn’t around for him to go to a better college while he was still alive.

It was rumored ANS got $500,000 per year from TrimSpa, but seeing as how she hadn’t made any appearances for them while pregnant, most of 2006, and none after Daniel died, I don’t know if she was paid much, if anything, last year.

They were paying Dr E, however, to “consult” and I wonder if they were also paying her to keep watch on ANS, so she was able to leave Studio City and live at Horizons all that time. That’s probably where the “wired” money came from that Wes Irwin sent them. Unbelievaable! Such quackery, all around.

I hope I get some more time to look for that exact info I saw on the value of the Coral Harbour house. I’m sure the stripper pole would be a great conversation item if HKS wants to sell it! (Somebody better check to see if it’s still there!)
