Uh, by the way....Howard has a place to live when he has to give up Dannie Lynn and leave the Horizons. That boat has two bedrooms. Running a boat that size is not a real big deal. Racing a boat that size against the Coast Guard is another matter. I guess I just picture a run like the OJ affair.
Virgie's ex-FBI guy said on NG tonight that it would not all be over tomorrow re: the baby's custody - that there is a process in the Bahamas.....I wish I could remember all that was said - but basically the NG team members said that since this was taking place in the Bahamas that Virgie has a chance of getting co-guardianship of the baby as her grandmother.
Had this been in the US, an attorney on there said he had just represented somebody in a custody case in the US where the grandparent had no standing whatsoever with the child in question.....but this guy said, since this is the Bahamas, that Virgie would have this co-guardianship chance.
Another questioner asked about the birth certificate - if LB is the biological father would the birth certificate be changed....NG's experts said yes it would be because it is public record and could not show Stern as father - and they would change the baby's name - take off Stern. And then they said LB would have to get papers with the US Embassy to declare the Dannielynn is his daughter and is a citizen of the United States.
But who knows???
And now I understand the stuff about rep. Stern as executor, which I did not interpret correctly at first.....my misunderstanding....my dumb brain..... :-)

Documents that are recorded aren’t extracted from the records. New documents are submitted and noted as a correction to a previous entry. I’m in NY but the process is apparently similar. I see these “corrections” all the time.

If LB is proven to be the genetic father and is given custody then he has a right to ask for child support from the ANS Estate.
She was the higher income/bread winner between the two.
So if LB and HKS are in talks it maybe trying to settle a child support payment without having to go to courct.
IMO HKS is trying to low ball LB for monthly child support and save money on court costs ect..

I thought Lin Wood was one of the witnesses to Anna’s will. Of so, wouldn’t that be a conflict of interest??
I just hate that LB or his attorneys have to talk to that kidnapper and/or his attorneys. Imho a crime has been commited. Premeditated kidnapping.

I agree wholeheartedly. So how does one try to do that? I believe the inquest re Daniel is a start, but who could bring a civil suit, or an investigation stateside on this matter? Who was injured,Virgie, as Daniel’s grandparent?
