I’ve missed a bit the past few days when I was offline because of storms and couldn’t read as much as I would have liked - but I keep seeing people quoting Larry as saying he wants Dannielynn to get into modeling.
Do you or any of our threadFReeple know where that statement came from, or should I back-read some more?
All my online ANS time lately has been in trying to piece together what I can find about LB’s family, just so I can get the names and dates straight for the Case Name List revision - and it’s proving to be a daunting task.
Everything I’ve read says he’s a Lousiville native and yet he isn’t in KY birth records, nor is Lewis, nor is Angela and there are two Judiths, both related to Larry - but no records on his dad, either, so I can’t connect the dot saying the other is his aunt - no way to prove they are siblings.
They have all been in business together at one time or another and even apparently lived at the same address, also just a few houses apart, and I’ve figured out some of it - such as Larry and Lewis’s and Angela’s (I think) mom’s first name, but not her maiden surname.
That’s another thing - none of them show up in the KY marriage or divorce indexes. Why? I can’t pinpoint any other state in which they might have lived, because no other residences than Louisville are listed for the parents in any databases. (Note that I do not pay for any of those lookups; I do it all by hand from what’s available.)
I’ve just scanned over IN and OH, thinking maybe that’s where they came from originally or where they did major events - just across the river or upriver in Cincy, as some in the area seem to do - but they don’t have the good databases online that KY has.
From looking at RE records, it looks like the wife who is Larry’s, et al, mother (but perhaps not Judy’s), Nancy, was divorced from his father in the 1997-98 period and that the father remarried around 2001-2002. The stepmom was Donna Reed (lol!) before - but I don’t know if that was a maiden name or a previous married name.
Again, I can’t understand why they don’t show up anywhere in the public KY marriage and divorce records.
Also, there appear to be at least 5 relatives that the dad has been business partners with who are close in age to him and I would think are siblings - but only 3 of them are in KY birth records and he is not, nor is one more. I’ve found in-laws and so forth. I’ll get into all that later.
The most interesting thing is that one of them has a company that doesn’t show up as being in business anywhere except that it has a corporate name - and it’s not a business I would expect to be owned by someone who is also a youth counselor. More about that later, too, when I can explain it better.
(The only thing even close in name is in MS - but not anywhere near Tunica, which I had hoped I would find at first. Nope, it’s in Vicksburg, and there’s another connection to Greenville - but I think I have that part figured out.)
Anyway, I’ll keep digging, but now I need to focus a bit on that train wreck of a legal morass I downloaded (finally!) and read last night. (It took 30 minutes for that “will” document - I fixed dinner and ate it before it had even finished downloading. I wish TMZ wouldn’t put that dratted watermark on the docs that makes them so graphics-intensive - bad for us peons on dial-up!)
HKS has that “no-contest” clause in there that would disinherit anyone who tries to break the will - but for the life of me, I can’t see who any other beneficiaries of the will would be, anyway, besides the late Daniel!
Aside from that, we have Kimmie who has gone on TV and said that she remembers the day she witnessed ANS signing the will and that ANS wasn’t drunk or drugged up. (I know, I know - I’m just telling you what we would have to look forward to in court.)
I don’t think it’s any coincidence that earlier in July 2001, the Marshall probate had been finalized and all ANS claims had been denied, plus ANS had been ordered by the Houston judge to pay $500,000+ in attorney’s fees and another $1 million to Pierce Marshall.
It was time for a will of her own and a plan to hide money! I also heard that she was “in bed for 6 months” straight before getting the reality show deal in early 2002 - so it sounds like she was in “some kind” of state of diminished capacity during that time period.

I’m not familiar with the will history, etc, so I don’t understand what he did that was unexpected and wrong?

As best I can understand it. As Dannielynn’s custodial parent/guardian, Larry has not instructed any lawyer to block HK$ from moving forward as executor of Anna’s estate, will, bank accounts, trust funds, outstanding lawsuits.
Larry appears to have made a deal with HK$ to continue his fraudulent legal maneuvers to control ANS’ assets and deprive Dannielynn of equitable legal representation.
Not only does there appear to be a DEAL between Larry and HK$, there is also the matter of Larry’s disgraceful behvior toward Dannielynn’s maternal grandmother. IOW Larry is behaving like a pig! IMHO
The Insider is on now. They started off with the death of Rev. Falwell and went straight to “Estate in Crisis!” - asking the musical question “Was Anna going broke?”
They reported what we’ve already heard, on the surface. They obviously hadn’t dug deeply enough to even know that the Studio City house is in the corporation name - or “was,” unless something has changed.
They seemed to ignore that and ignore that Keith Skane is the one who owns the company now - and they just assume that ANS owns the house. They don’t consider who held shares in the corporation or in what percentages. IOW, who really owns the house and who owns the mortgage.
(I think Anna’s estate owns the mortgage debt, but either Skane owns the house or ANS’s estate and the other shareholder, HKS, own proportionate shares of the asset.)
They do the figures and show the $1.8 million value (but saying nearly $2 million in market value) and then the $1.1 million mortgage remaining, showing the $710,000 value, when the $10,000 personal property is included.

Pat O’Brien then chimed in on how he has just read the will and there is “more to it” than meets the eye. Which he’ll tell us later, of course.

It seems pretty universal - folks believe Larry cut a deal with the devil.
Larry done sold his soul - although, to be fair, he did say his child was not for sale.
I agree with you about LB. I read somewhere that his sister was quoted as saying, she felt sure LB and HKS could work out something amicably. Either we are being given false information, or LB flat out lied to us when he said he and HKS had not made any deals.
Do you think HKS has something on LB dating back to when he and ANS were being intimate in the same house with HKS present, or perhaps AN shared some info with HK. It doesn't make sense that LB would make a deal that was profitable to HKS after he tried to hijack his baby from him.
Didn't I hear that HKS was forbidden to leave the Bahamas until after the inquest? It really bothers me to see HKS getting away with so much...especially since I think he belongs under the jailhouse!

You certainly are not an idiot! I think “The Insider” must have read your post! I read your earlier post about “Munchausen Syndrome” and had to look up what it meant! I hope that doesn’t make me an idiot! Maybe I’m not completely stupid, because I had enough sense to look it up?!! :-)
I think this is the outcome I have been expecting all along. I do believe now that Howie has somethinng - big - on Larry and is using it. Larry doesn’t care a fig about what happened to ANS. THe ONLY one who will try to get justice for her and Daniel IS Virgie. I am no even sure Larry cared much for her before she died. Maybe she was an attraction to him and certainly helped him financially (with pics he took) I hope the judges throw the will out and start over. It EXCLUDED future children so when Daniel died before ANS, the will, IMO, would be void and she died intestate.
