I would think that anyone could write to them and tell them that you were also writing to Greta or whomever. The Board is usually fairly sensitive to negative public opinion. From previous issues, I’ve noticed that they are reeeeallly sensitive to the idea that their self-governance should be removed because they’re doing a bad job or are being non-responsive to their public duties. For example I’m pretty certain that all the negative press after ANS’s death caused the CMB to authorize Candi Cohen to finally issue the “we are looking into it, even though we don’t usually tell anyone we are until there’s a decision” statement. That WAS atypical and IMO was only because of the pressure of public opinions, negative emails, etc.
I think letters or emails to them with cc’s to any media outlet - a newspaper, a TV station or reporter, or to any public figure - like your state representative or senator about their non-activity, would disturb them if they got enough of them.
ET at it again. They just showed bits of the Anna in Malibu documentary and Anna was talking about her troubled past. She says she spent most of her time with her aunt because of probs with her mother and stepfather. When Anna said stepfather she looked away as if disgusted. Then they showed a bit of the Mommy Dearest tape where Anna hisses she’ll never talk to her (Virgie) again. Well she got what she wanted.
Just received this email from Candis Cohen California Medical Board:
Good afternoon. Complaints and investigations are not public record, so all that I may do is confirm that Dr. Eroshevich is still under investigation by our board.

I understand that you may have information concerning the investigation into Khristine Erosevich’s appalling lack of medical protocol in the matter of Anna Nicole Smith’s fatal prescription overdose.
If it is possible to confirm the status of your investigation I would very much appreciate a summary.
Please be advised that I do not represent the media and that any official information you divulge will be shared with many very concerned citizens on a public internet forum.
As representative of the medical profession, Ms. Eroshevich’s actions are most distressing and require a full peer review. It is my opinion that any results should be forwarded to the California Attorney General for criminal charges.

Virgie is being villified - still - I was not meaning by LB - but was thinking of the talking heads, the ET reports, the TMZ reports, etc.
I don't know how Larry B is going to be as a father but I wish him all the best! I know he will give that baby a chance to grow up healthy and safe, unlike the team Stern toad who had her in its grasp for so long.
I don't want Virgie to have full custody of Dannielynn - but I understand her longing to see that this baby is protected and safe and allowed to be with her some as her grandmother. She should have those privileges at the very least.
And, yes, think we all agree that truth and justice are the ultimate goals in this case.....and, of course, the continued safety and love for that little baby. I think Larry is providing that safety and love for her now and I pray it will continue.
Sounds like a good idea. Not being a Californian, they wouldn’t listen to me. But maybe those in that state could get active. KE appears to be an out of control prescriber of dangerous medications....IMHO.
Anna Nicole Smith’s Will Officially Filed

TMZ has obtained the official copy of Anna Nicole Smith’s will, filed moments ago by Howard K. Stern.
The petition to probate Anna’s will was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court. It is the same will that was discussed during the contentious Florida court hearings. The will doesn’t name Larry Birkhead as a beneficiary, but the petition to probate lists him as a party with an interest in Anna’s estate.
TMZ got in touch with Ron Rale, one of the named executors, who confirmed that Birkhead has filed a petition to become the guardian of Dannielynn’s estate. Of course, you recall, a DNA test confirmed that Birkhead is Dannielynn’s daddy. Rale added, “Contrary to any speculation, there is no way in the world that there is any petition to name Larry as a beneficiary of the estate in his individual capacity.”
Rale also noted that in the petition, Stern waived any right to compensation as executor.
In the will, Anna is listed to have had personal property valued at $10,000 and real property valued at $1.8 million when she died; however, she still had a $1.1 million mortgage.

If HKS and Larry are successful in getting this 2001 probated, who retains the rights to Anna’s name and image? Would that automatically go to Dannielynn, as the sole heir of the Estate? I guess my question is, are the rights to Anna’s name and image INCLUDED as part of her Estate?

I don’t think the question of what staff might have been on duty at Horizons has come up. If anyone was there and HKS made a side trip, would they talk?
My mind is considering: If he didn't go back to Horizons, because staff were on duty and he knew there was a strong possibility they would talk if questioned, then he had to have stashed the bottle of chlorolhydrate (sp?) someplace. His car? Laced Daniel's food/drink in the car or in the hospital room?
The only thing I'm sure of is, HKS absolutely did NOT want Daniel there - that's my not-so-humble-opinion.
I hope the inquest questions employees in the house, what drugs were on the premises, etc. And what dates and times did HKS return to the house.
I still think there was an old will where Virgie was designated both Daniel's guardian and co-executor with "The Aunt"....the one that was at Anna's wedding to the "dead man walking" (Marshall)....and that's why Howard has consistantly gone after Virgie.
And where did all her money and jewels go??? I don't see where she was spending it.
Howard gave up his fees for one reason...so they don't look at his accounts.
One hospital I worked in had a chute that went to an incinerator. Just a little curious as to what was available to him for "chucking".
I think you are right on target. (I didn't know ANS was taken from the hospital that night.)
I got my husband's attention when I told him that KE was fired from L.A. County, he said, "It's pretty hard to get fired from a civil service job." And I asked, "If she was a psychiatrist, why wasn't she in private practice? She could make a lot more money."
Could it be her "private practice" was just Anna Nicole?
After Daniel died, KE came back and lived with them "UNTIL the night before Anna died.
According to Moe, she had left Anna and was going back to her private practice. But he wouldn't have known that except from Howard and/or KE so it was a scripted statement on Moe's part.
What doctor would leave when their patient had been so sick for several days?? There was absolutely no reason for KE to leave...except via "The PLan".
It was quite a while before we found out what KE's role was. We were "cleverly" sidetracked by the photo of Kapoor for a long time. God bless Howard's photo collection!!!
Except, seeing that "ugly picture" of him holding the cup as Anna sips on a straw was very revealing. It's written all over his face!
I hope everyone caught Greta tonight when she and the panelists discussed the will and accompanying document filed in California today. It looks like Virgie was correct to ask Larry what kind of deal he struck with Howard. Greta and crew now believe he did so, as well.
absolutely..also, Daniel's father has the right and the morning of the funeral was attempting to get an exumation order. He ws turned down because the Bahamas want the body there, in case, They, need to exhume the body related to the inquest....
I think this is imperative, especially if Larry is entertaining any thought of ever allowing HKS visitation
Agree again. While LB may have bought HK/KE game that Anna was bad bad bad, I'm disappointed that Daniel seems to have been forgotten by him.
HKS left the hospital to purchase food. How long was he gone? Did he make a side-trip back to the house? Was any staff on duty at the house, who might remember?
he left twice, once, sometime after midnight and returning just before 1 am and again, sometime around 2am, not returning until after 4am. Several nurses, will testify to his actions. I'm hoping, that the electronic gates on the house, have some sort of computer record of entry'exit or if the house is in a 'gated community', that the guard would have entry/exit logs
of course fur-kids count !! lolol (if only the IRS agreed lol)
It does not appear that LB possesses the integrity some of us had hoped he did, and he sure as heck isn’t showing much intelligence, but he’s showing a lot of immaturity. I suspect his deal with HKS is why Debra Opri dropped the case. I hope Virgie is successful in being named a trustee of the estate and DL's money. LB deserves to have his baby, but I won't be surprised if we find out he is as opportunistic and phony as some others we've seen in this case. Did he really love ANS, or was he using her too?

I agree. I hope on his way to Hollywood, he remembers that Virgie has spent a total of about one single hour with her grandchild, and maybe he will drop by for the afternoon and go on a long icecream run so Virgie can have a little intimate, private quality time with DL, without someone staring over her shoulder.
hmm...so Ronnie is rewriting the will again? I thought every legal expert on earth had determined the will was void? If it's not void, wouldn't the estate go to Daniel's estate, then? (i.e, Daniel's father, not DL or 'guardian' LB')
