[F]or now at least, the asteroids will be known officially as KO7D84U and KO7D84W. Another group of Cordova students also found an asteroid, known as KO7C54Q. Vang and her five classmates achieved the discoveries through the International Asteroid Search Campaign -- an educational program for high school and college students. Their discoveries, made last month in teacher Glenn Reagan's astronomy classroom, were confirmed by the Harvard University Minor Planet Center March 1... He added that Cordova High is one of only a dozen high schools and colleges worldwide selected to take part in the most recent worldwide asteroid search. As of March 29, students in the campaign, which runs from full moon to full moon, had discovered 23 asteroids, said J. Patrick Miller, who heads up the International Asteroid Search Campaign... The program is offered to schools at no cost and is provided by the Astronomical Research Institute, Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas, and Hands-On Universe, a program of the Lawrence Hall of Science at the University of California, Berkeley.

Asteriods are a construct of the phallocentric White power structure. The important question is, how do the Asteriods feel about their privacy being invaded by this CIA front warrantless search.

Did Bush consult the Congress? Did he get a FISA court warrant before he authorized this search? What does the UN think? Besides, in Cuba asteriods are free.

That's cool. Kudos to these HS kids. When I was in HS all I was discovering was how to cram for exams, sex, drugs and rock and roll.

"Note: for illustrative purposes solar system not drawn to scale"

Gee, that's helpful to know.
