Maybe... just maybe someone will be charged with her death. But I am not counting on it because it will be very hard to prove and very costly to prosecute someone with her death. I'd say they tried their hardest to find something that would link Stern and/or Kris E to her death (the reason for the delay) but something tells me that they could not find anything that would stick with a jury if there was a trial.

Now that you mentioned that, I wonder if the chloral hydrate was issued to ANS and/or HKS by someone in the Bahamas. It was stated on Nancy Grace that this med (chloral hydrate) was not on KE's laundry list.
