Seidlin just let Barth go....He's pictures Barth as a puppy chasing her tail. He reminds me of my dad...who kinda let me do the same thing until I got tired out.

Re: the LKL HKS reference to school in the Bahamas
The September 10th date raised a red flag about the going to college in the Bahamas story. The semester would have already begun at Valley College and maybe in the Bahamas.
Is that a story constructed to cover for a one way ticket?
I think your train of thought about the ice being for the bruise, etc. is highly plausible. I don't see where there is any proof ANS ever had a fever. Did they even find a thermometer in her room?

I wish I'd seen it, then I could have been better informed. No matter what, lawyers doing their jobs cannot violate attorney-client privileges, so Barth should have simply said that. I imagine Crier had Barth booked for the show and there was a bit of ambushing going on. I was just going to say something else, but it's pure hearsay. Oh, OK, I'll pass it along..... I read on one of the CourtTV threads that Barth has been getting emails containing nasty posts from message boards about Stern, and she probably has had it up to "here" with all that. If true, well, that's childish. It's one thing to send emails that don't support her client( which is fine), and another to go to the trouble that someone alledgedly has.

ANS probably had very few genuine emotions - she was so drugged up and down, down and up. If anything, post-partum depression, grief, stress, guilt, all her feelings were camouflaged or dulled. She probably made no cognizant decisions, much less a determination on how, when or if to kill herself.
Still wondering if she wrote prescriptions for Daniel...or Wilma...

heheeheh It couldn't have been one way because it is a foreign country. I am sure he was going to come back to LA! He had his own life. Howard had to attack him when he had the opportunity! Short on time he did him in right away. In like the June/July 2005 Enquirer that Anna still had her column in it. She has her dog Marilyn write a bit on Daniel. Something like mom is sooo proud of him! He is the first to graduate from high school (in her family) and he was set to attend Valley College. Mom was bursting with pride, but Daniel was shy about it and didn't want her talking about it. Now he would have been 19 then. I graduated high school when I was 17. Whats up with that? Reports have him as being in his Freshman year when he died. I wonder how long he really attended Valley College?
