He was definitely on to HKS right off. And he did a good job in getting out just enough info to raise suspicions of HKS. Altho, he was quite different from your average judge and his courtroom was kind of like a circus. Which is why i call him Sideshow Larry.
Either Sideshow Larry or "The Court Jester" would be appropriate for Seidlin.

That was reported on, was it Greta last night? It was on the show where they had the panel of four including Jeffrey Fieger. That's when Fieger called HKS scum after it was reported that HKS had photos of Daniel AFTER death.

Sounds like the Nuremberg defense is being set up, by HKS and perhaps, Moe and Taz.
I hope that Moe and Taz refused to participate in the criminal doping.
We were just following the doctor's orders is not going to cut it.
Taz as an RN, would be required to understand what she was administering to a patient , the ramifications, the correct dosage, etc.
Moe , as an EMT is probably under similar ethical constraints.
HKS can claim ignorance, but, he's a lawyer and while a scumbag, not a total idiot.
He had to have known the consequences of mixing all those potent narcotics and sleeping pills and alcohol and as rumored, street drugs.

Dr Erosevich has to be in big trouble, because she wrote the lethal list and asked that it be filled.
There is no Nuremberg defense for her , even if she was under the spell of HKS.
Should be interesting to see if KE tries to roll on HKS.
Although, my faith in Perper's final report is shaky, so they may skate in the US.

Had 2 C-sections - only really needed help in those first hours - with the IV lines and such - actually I had a cath. inserted for the surgury - so you don't even get to "go" in the bathroom till thats out - then (because of the anesthesia) your system slowly returns to normal over the next day or 2 - they monitor you to see how much liqid goes in and comes out - they actually hope you pass gas and can make a decent #2 before you leave (no modesty left by then) By the time Daniel visited Anna she had her IV's out - you can see in the photos. He probably just helped her get out of bed in a comforting manor - no big time help.
Regarding Ford Shelley and the photos - remember he made the comment about how they were worried about him "stealing" stuff from a place he owned, but that THEY DIDN'T WORRY ABOUT SECURING A CRIME SCENE (implying that no one secured the setting in which Daniel was found so that no one could photograph it.)
Come to think of it - this would imply that the photos were taken after "they" had knowledge of what happened - or else how could he blame them for not securing the scene. So I'm thinking the photos were taken in the Hospital room after the authorities or staff or whoever was notified.

Though I didn't see Barth with Catherine Crier, I DO agree she should not have said what she said re: Virgie and her disabled son. O'Quinn should NOT have said Stern is a murderer, either! Crier knew Barth could not answer directly some of the questions she posed to her, and it sounds like she went on a bit too much with that.Barth was pushed too far,IMO, and cracked. We will get more answers as time goes on, in the proper forums, I hope. Unfortunately, all sides involved need some type of spokesman and that job falls to lawyers involved all too often. Like I said, I would love to see a lot less of them on TV.

Years ago I had a lady come into the ER, who thought she was pregnant, but having a "miscarriage." It was her 5th or 6th child. I was preparing her for an exam when I saw the baby's head appear. I yelled for someone to get the doctor.
By the time the doctor appeared, I delivered the baby, milked the trachea, etc., and had the baby breathing. That's how quick it was! The baby was later determined to be full term and healthy.
Before that, I could never understand how someone didn't know she was pregnant before delivering. Sounds wierd, but I guess it happens!
I always laugh and say that baby practically walked out! lol
AND, Seidlin make a point of reiterating the fact that Stern wouldn't show up without a promise of "no DNA test". Classic Seidlin.

Is that where his family is? I was wondering why he's setting up a baby nursery in the Los Angeles area. I assumed that it's where his sister or someone is living who is capable of helping with the baby.
My take on O'Q is that he loves to grandstand. It's as if he's "throwing down the gauntlet" to see if Howard, or anyone else, dares pick it up. Does this have something to do with being from Texas?
I just want to comment on the photos of Anna from the commitment ceremony - they are awful. (She looked prettier in her hospital photos.) I've never seen any photos of her looking like this before - shiny, puffed up, bad hair, really bad fake eyelashes, just so different than her usual appearance - why? I know some of the photos were taken after she had jumped into the water and washed her make-up off and ruined her hair - but the before ones were rotten too. She looks really out of it - but in a different way than usual.
I don't think so. He knew and knows the commitment ceremony wasn't a legal marriage. He was just trying to explain why they didn't do the legal thing at the time. He knows there is no marital privilege regarding testifying at Daniel's inquest, even if they DID get legally married. He was not sure of it at the time of the commitment ceremony and did not want people to say they got married, legally, just to avoid testifying at Daniel's inquest.

I know people take pictures at funerals.
But when the panel was discussing it, I assumed it was at the hospital. I probably shouldn't have. They never made it clear. I only assumed it was at the hospital. Isn't it funny how we assume the worst of HKS? lol!
My guess is that Anna was stressed out of her skull. That's why she looked so bad.
Oh. That's how I understood it since I got that the photos were taken during Daniel's "last hours". (Dead or alive; don't know.)
