Sounds like the Nuremberg defense is being set up, by HKS and perhaps, Moe and Taz.

Taz as an RN, would be required to understand what she was administering to a patient , the ramifications, the correct dosage, etc.
Moe , as an EMT is probably under similar ethical constraints.

I'm going to write the script for the day of Anna's death. We can fiddle with the times after but let's start here.

9:00 AM Anna is on an empty stomach. Anna and Howard are alone. (KE left the day before). Anna is nude giving Howard access to every part of her body and she is covered to keep her warm. Howard gives her a downer and she starts to relax.
9:30 Moe pokes his head in the door and says he's going to breakfast with Taz. Anna is moving around but she didn't say ok...or anything to Mo and apparently is asleep.
Howard has two hour MAX!!
10:00 Howard gives her more meds.
10:30 He gives her more meds.
10:45 He gives her more meds. She is now struggling for her life and totally helpless.
11:15 Howard gives her the final "Killer Dose". A couple of minutes later, Anna is dead.
11:30 He checks her carotic(sp) artery and leaves the bedroom taking "evidence" with him. (What???)
11:35 Howard goes to Taz and Moe's room next door. Eric and Brigitte arrives.
Howard now had his little Cast together IN ONE ROOM...Moe's and "Directed" everyone's movements that morning.
Howard gives everyone HIS schedule for the day. Eric and Brigitte decide to grab a quick lunch since Anna is sleeping.
After checking on Anna once more ( she's dead) and deeming her asleep, Howard says: "Taz...You stay with Anna. Mo, you said you had to go someplace...Now's a good time. I'v got my 1:00 appointment at the boat(20-30 minutes away).
Between 12:15 & 12:30, everyone had left the hotel except Taz.
I'm speculating that Brigitte WAS NOT in the suite the whole time with Taz because that would leave Eric alone and that befuddles me.
I would guess that Eric and Brigitte had a key to Mo's room. After lunch, Eric went to that room and Brigitte went to see Anna and Taz...It's a girl thing.
So, (IMO) it was not until Brigitte came back from lunch an hour or so later that she checked on Anna because she expected her to be awake. (A little after 1:00).
That might explain why Taz became the main character and spokesperson who had watched over Anna and we didn't find out about Brigitte until much later.
Was Taz really as close (in proximity to her bed) to Anna as we have been told?? I don't think so.
So many questions. So many lies and MEDIA misinformation to overcome.
But, what I can see, is the very same pattern in relation to Daniel's death...beginning (right after the Danny, mommy, baby pictures) until 6:30 AM with him helping his mom and confirmed by a witness (morning rounds).Howard has TWO HOURS MAX.Howard gives him a dose of something and waits for him to "get tired".....then meds...meds...meds....By 8:00-8:30, he's dead.
In both cases, Howard is with Anna and Daniel ALONE for the approximate 2 hour period before the ACTUAL time of death.
