I am tired of seeing and hearing that, too! They're trying to make it look like a suicide...to get HKS and KE off the hook!
Every single one of us here would have said the same thing after the death of a child....only not one of us would commit suicide.
I gathered, from Shelley's comments that he was being very careful to indicate that the pictures were taken during his last hours--which is the way Fox reported it.

It could have been before his death was discovered in the hospital room, on the gurney being removed or in the casket at the funeral.
The least suspect of these times is in the casket. Wouldn't be something I would do, but the other opportunities for sure indicate as you said, one sick puppy.
Maybe in the coffin? However, if he took the time to take photos or videos while everyone is distraught in the hospital, before or after life-saving efforts, then he is one sick puppy. But we already knew that.

Yes, I don't see anything wrong with that for the average person. Only if he intended to sell it would it become creepy. It's just that everything he does seems to have sinister implications.

I believe it's in the statement released from Doctor's Hospital after Daniel's death. I believe (and don't hold me to it) that it's stated there that hospital staff saw him helping his mom in the morn. Google Doctor's hospital, Daniel Smith...the statement itself is on the net.

No C-sections here, but my fourth child was so easy. One hour of labor and she was out. And the labor wasn't even bad and when they told me to push i didn't even know it was time. That's how it goes sometimes when you have four kids in less than 6 years.
She's my youngest and when we talk about how easy it was for me to give birth to her she says "Nice doing business with ya". She's a crack up!

I thought Seidlin was brilliant...he was no dummy...he got more info....that might possibility be used by the investigators....remember Stern didn't have time to prep himself for the questions...they were off the cuff. Seidlin was awesome!
I ask, because, we're wondering if those bodyguards protecting HKS were govt/court supplied or if he hired them himself.
C-section here. Couldn't lift my head from pillow for days because of crushing pain from 'spinal block headache'.
