It MIGHT help with the TIME if for example they show Danny's condition while helping his mom.....AND there's a time stamp.

I had three c-sections. Yes, it hurts to get bumped, but sometimes can help when you are wrestling those stupid iv cords to have someone follow behind you. Especially when you are groggy. So that might have been what they meant by 'help'. Also, you cannot uhhh, reach yourself. Not that I think Daniel would have helped wipe, but you never know what she needed help with. I had to buzz the nurse more than once when noone was there to help me.

I believe it's in the statement released from Doctor's Hospital after Daniel's death. I believe (and don't hold me to it) that it's stated there that hospital staff saw him helping his mom in the morn. Google Doctor's hospital, Daniel Smith...the statement itself is on the net.

No C-sections here, but my fourth child was so easy. One hour of labor and she was out. And the labor wasn't even bad and when they told me to push i didn't even know it was time. That's how it goes sometimes when you have four kids in less than 6 years.

She's my youngest and when we talk about how easy it was for me to give birth to her she says "Nice doing business with ya". She's a crack up!

C-section here. Couldn't lift my head from pillow for days because of crushing pain from 'spinal block headache'.

Had 2 C-sections - only really needed help in those first hours - with the IV lines and such - actually I had a cath. inserted for the surgury - so you don't even get to "go" in the bathroom till thats out - then (because of the anesthesia) your system slowly returns to normal over the next day or 2 - they monitor you to see how much liqid goes in and comes out - they actually hope you pass gas and can make a decent #2 before you leave (no modesty left by then) By the time Daniel visited Anna she had her IV's out - you can see in the photos. He probably just helped her get out of bed in a comforting manor - no big time help.

Regarding Ford Shelley and the photos - remember he made the comment about how they were worried about him "stealing" stuff from a place he owned, but that THEY DIDN'T WORRY ABOUT SECURING A CRIME SCENE (implying that no one secured the setting in which Daniel was found so that no one could photograph it.)

Come to think of it - this would imply that the photos were taken after "they" had knowledge of what happened - or else how could he blame them for not securing the scene. So I'm thinking the photos were taken in the Hospital room after the authorities or staff or whoever was notified.
