Do we know that King Eric checked in? I think that he and Brigitte were likely staying right on the boat.
I wouldn't be surprised if Trump called Tex and said: "Hey, I don't like this Stern guy. Get ahold of Virgie and do a pro bono for me." Just a guess!!
A reporter, reporting from the dock, said that Howard got the call only a couple of minutes after getting to the dock.
So there was a reporter staked out at the dock? That makes sense. The reporter was hoping to get pics of the boat, Anna, Howard, whaterver.
He rushed to his car which was about 40 feet away and drove the 5 miles to the Hotel which took him approximately 20 minutes.
Back to the baby. Could the phone call have been from King Eric checking to make sure there were no reporters there?
... it seems like King went elsewhere. Was he waiting in the parking lot for Brigitte to get the hell out of the hotel? King and Brigitte seemed to disappear and I simply don't remember Mo mentioning Brigitte AT ALL as being with Taz when he arrived back at the hotel. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
I'd be the pot calling the kettle black if i corrected you for being wrong. But you kinda lost me here. Could you explain this part a bit more? Are you referring to Brigitte possibly sneaking the baby out of the hotel?

That's why it's so strange to listen to his and Taz's accounts and then listen to the account that Brigitte gave to Rita Cosby. And it sure would be nice if SOMEBODY in the media covered this point.

No, the reporter was not at the dock at the time. It was an interview "after the fact" with whomever Howard met...

Well that blows my theory right "outta the water".
So then how do we know the exact precise time HKS arrived at the marina?
The only thing I can figure is that the yacht broker had a appointment to meet Howard and that is how he remembered.
He also could have been on the phone with HK$ prior to his arrival to give directions to the boat slip.
1. Anna has had a nanny for Danielynn since day one. We have a few sweet pictures and a "whacked out" mother opening Christmas presents with her 4 month old baby. Love the baby?? Sure but it's one of those but don't expect me to give up my lifestyle. You don't really think she was feeding, dressing, bathing that baby, do you? Would you trust her with YOUR baby??
Assume for a moment that the baby was there. If so, would Larry Birkhead be in a better position to get an emergency injunction for a DNA test in FLA? Could that be why she was hidden? If she was there.

AbsoANNAlutely. But what was the boat for? Was it just an excuse to explain why they were in FLA in the first place? And we now know (or we hear) that the boat was already owned by King Eric right? So what happened here? Did KE have his boat sent from the Bahamas? And for what? Wouldn't he wonder why HKS asked him to bring his boat to the Bahamas? Unless of course he was a conspirator because of blackmail wrt his son and or himself.
Or was King Eric just now buying the boat? And if he was, why did the boat have that pink canvas sun cover on it? And if he was just now purchasing the boat isn't it a coincidence that Anna happened to die at that same time and place? And why did HKS claim before Anna died that Anna was buying a boat? Wouldn't KE have found it odd that HKS was claiming to buy a boat that was really his? Unless of course he was a conspirator because of blackmail wrt his son and or himself.

She says that "shortly after" Anna woke up from a 2 day suicide attempted coma, HKS and Moe moved her to a deck chair by the pool. And as we know, they left her there alone. This is shocking!
Whoever he met at the dock (the owner of the Marina??) was the person who talked to the reporter. From the times, it was a 1:00 appointment. I'm sure Howard knew exactly where the dock was because it was docked in a particular slip and you pay for that. Howard was probably there earlier in the week to see where it was going to be. The time element is sooooo important in all this, that it had to be more or less a calculated travel time. Besides, it's not like he hasn't been to Florida or at the Hard Rock before. For all we know, the slip is owned by Trimspa.
OK, Howard coulda told him what time he arrived. FWTW. Not that this is an important point really. Altho it could be. It's just a part of the timeline puzzle.

1:37 LIE - Moe cals HKS - not possible there is not enough time for HKS to get to hotel in ten minutes when he is observed in the room and is calling Christine at sometime around 1:48
There's a whole lotta lyin' goin' on with Moe and Taz.
When you say "HKS has already been notified", do you mean "HKS has already been NOTIFIED? (as in he knows she's dead)
