Thread Number Two
I'm sorry - the whole little scenario was meant to be a joke about what slimy tricks HKS plays.
I hope I can stay awake for tonight's show!
This is one of the worst day's of HKS's life. He had to show up with DL and due the DNA test. Something he has been fighting for 6 months! I coould not be happier about his misery.
"Barth may want to be the next Greta Van Susteran"
There's only one GVS. There is one too many Krista Barths.
In order to interview guests effectively, one has to listen to the guest. She couldn't do it.

TMZ-
"...If Birkhead's DNA matches Dannielynn's, he can then challenge Stern to pony up DNA and fight for custody."
Wonder how long it will take to get the DNA from HKS?
Maybe it's Boycott time for ET!!!
And I understand they are having to wait that long because of Stern's supposed "appeals".
The thing is, don't appeals take lots of time? I read here that he has a maximum of 14 days for his appeals....but the longer they wait to process these DNA test results, the longer Stern is allowed to be with that baby, to "bond" with that baby as her "father - on the birthcertificate says" and the harder it is going to be for the Bahamian authorities to separate Stern from his "child".....not to mention the longer the negative affects of being around Stern and company become imbedded in that baby's psyche.
Yes, good things are happening. I am just frustrated that still - after how long since Anna Nicole's death? - we have no resolution about anything.....except that a DNA test has been done. Yet the baby is still with the monster.
I'd say Yes...just like a car....But suppose it would depend on the state it came from. I really don't know.
""""Wonder how long it will take to get the DNA from HKS?""""
How stupid have we been?
Howard K. Stern doesn't have any DNA - only slug juice.
Let's get together and send Howie a "Pop-up Tent". :-)
Eviction-cam. Let it be!
OMG, can you just imagine Howie in a pop-up-tent with the media surrounding it!!
Yes, yes, yes.....we want a flying eviction cam.....sponsored by Splash!

After months of waiting, DNA samples of Larry Birkhead and the 6-month-old daughter of deceased supermodel Anna Nicole Smith have finally been collected, as confirmed by MSNBC earlier today. And now, we wait some more.
Gossip Web site TMZ.com is confirming that DNA samples from Birkhead and Dannielynn Hope were collected in a Bahamas doctors office at 9 a.m. this morning. DNA was not collected from Howard K. Stern be cause of a legal presumption that hes the babys father, as printed on her birth certificate.
The collection of DNA samples brings to a close a fight that started long before Smiths sudden death in a South Florida hotel room last month. Birkhead has been claiming hes the father of Dannielyn since shortly after her birth.
Smith and Stern both dismissed those claims, first by announcing Stern was the father, followed by a lavish and, by some accounts, unexpected revelation that the lawyer/client relationship had been taken to a new level. If the DNA is found to be a match, Birkhead can then challenge Stern to a DNA test and take the battle for custody to court.
According to TMZ.com, the DNA samples were sent to a lab in Columbus, Ohio. Bahamian officials say they expect results within four working days.

Hannity:
Kimberly Gilfoyle on NOW!
Nah. I think Seidlin knew how to play Barth, as I think he did the rest of the folks in the courtroom. I thought he was wonderful.
