The owner of the fixer-upper is unknown at the present and by the looks of what is transpiring Anna definitely is/was not the owner.

Ah, another South Park fan! You bet your sweet patootie they'll do an Anna Nicole show. It'll be awesome. Can you just picture how they'll portray Stern? The delays could possibly be so that LE can get all of their I(s) dotted and T(s) crossed. We would not want a botched criminal investigation and then the perp walks(TexKat)

Maybe she's assuming that there was a recent transfer and there's really only a purchase offer.
Sometimes, deeds are written so that a parcel winds up being the remnant....what's left after the surrounding pieces are cut off of the major parcel.
I have to sit down and draw the damn thing, cutting off piece by piece until I find out what is left. It's very tedious and methodical. (I wish I was there.)
Occasionly, I have to straighten out both the Title Company and write a new deed, adding to the original text, description of the remnant....Intending To Convey...."Being more particularly described as: Beginning at a point, etc..
I'm not worried about it. It may simple laundering. I'm more interested in nailing KE and Howard for negligent homicide at the least.
Yes that's what Stern is counting on. I do pray LB's DNA matches Dannielynn's......can hardly wait until whenever we hear the results......however long that is.

Yes, I am still holding out hope that Chief Tiger is a "TIGER" as we were told early on by Freeper samantha. Without someone in an official capacity being an investigative bulldog, well, it takes a determined police investigation to catch a slimey skunk like Stern.
