Kimberly G. brings up the best point. She said that Anna had an abscess in an area on her body where she couldn't possibly have injected HERSELF..

Yes, I suggested a onspiracy between Howard and KE.

When I read that "After Daniel's death, KE lived with Howard and Anna up until the day before Anna died. That increased the possibility.

In other words, KE and Howard were constant companions and that's what this scenario took...a real script.

Very hard to convict someone for killing a druggie with drugs.

I think Howard made a big mistake in taking the demeaning drugged up videos of Anna "For all the world to see" because it doesn't look like evidence of her drug use at this point. It looks like pre-meditated murder.

I'll be honest with you... I not goiong to go there. Stern will not win an appeal. Chances are an appeal will not even be filed. I'd say Stern's lawyer is blowing smoke as he came out of the court house.

I couldn't believe my ears. I was watching and saw every one of those people agree that Dannie Lynn is a Bahamian citizen. No not one questioned it, not for a second. How in the world do they figure that??? Born to American parents. Anna was no more than a resident and now we know that wasn't kosher. Do they assume that the Bahamas has the same dumb law we have here? That a baby born on this soil is an American citizen? They didn't bother to look it up? This FROSTS me.

KE is covering her ass..Nothing to do with her would surprise me.

The baby is clearly a US citizen and maybe they are struggling with the idea that if the baby is a US citizen then why is this being settled in a Bahamian court. (many of us are wondering the same thing)
