The baby is clearly a US citizen and maybe they are struggling with the idea that if the baby is a US citizen then why is this being settled in a Bahamian court. (many of us are wondering the same thing)

I see it the same way. That a Bahamian court is adjudicating the case of an American baby is confusing to many, I'm sure. But that doesn't make it feasible that she is a Bahamian, when all anyone has to do is look at the law. How about this? In FL they adjudicated Anna's remains and appointed a guardian to act for Dannie Lynn in the case. Yet, these people assume Dannie Lynn is Bahamian. DUH. How would THAT work?? LOL
