So I'm assuming they don't think her residency was legal.
Am I wrong?
If Larry is proven to be the father and a birth certificate showing him as the legal parent can be issued by the Bahamian court - he would be able to take her to the US consulate and add her to his passport, or get one for her.
Since her name is presently Dannielyn Hope Marshall Stern -he may also want to change her name legally as well.

I am very worried about tonight and Dannielynn. We've had a lot of these cliff-hanging nights, so this just may be another one - but I can sure feel the tension in my bones ... HKS has to be getting desperate and feeling cornered.

To all - please fill me in on the significance of chloral hydrate - I had been monitoring the TMZ board but I think the thread got too long - no mention of it there. I just jumped in here and have read the last couple of pages. Thanks.

Larry's attorney probably has all the paperwork filled out and the judge will issue something to say it can be recorded.

There was a series of interview clips on ET with Dr Eroshevich - first talking to her about the faxed memo to Dr Kapoor with a wish list of many drugs.
Then, ET paid her for an exclusive interview when they got their hands on a 2nd faxed memo with a list of "11" drugs on it. They turned out to be 12 - but among them were many of the same drugs as the first memo.
Then, ET did their teasers for the next night and the next night - you know how they do. Well, on Friday, they read the new list really quickly and I only caught two more new drug names that were added, but I knew there was one more - just couldn't remember what it was when I wrote my notes.
I had to wait until Sunday night for a re-run (and this was all still just a teaser, not the actual interview yet) and I was vigilant in watching ... I saw that the 3rd new drug added was ... ta-da ... chloral hydrate.
What is significant, mainly, is that it's an old-fashioned medication, not used much anymore. Even Dr KE said so in the main interview, lol.
Now we find out that it was one of the things found in Marilyn Monroe's system when she died. You can't tell me that Anna didn't find this out somehow (maybe Internet?) and didn't ask KE for it herself! Still wonder how ANS missed the Nembutal!
Hopefully, someone has been watching the house. No telling where she could be if Howieanna sent her away from the Bahamas.
