"HKS: We looked into plots uh at the cemetery in Westwood. There was an expense issue, frankly. We also looked at other plots in Forest Lawn, I believe in Burbank and the way it worked is that I had um my mother and then also a friend of Anna’s, the same person who Daniel was staying with, they went out there and they took pictures of the plots and emailed them back.
There was an expense issue, Howie? And she 'bought' a boat, and was renovating a new house, a couple months later. But there was an expense issue when it came to burying her son.
I have been wondering about that since last week. I even wonder if Opri was complicit or at least aware and then had to remove herself due to professional ethics.

I heard the PI say that he happened to see Daniel just about every day at a coffee shop they both frequented, but didn't get the impression they talked a lot until Daniel called him up to ask for a meeting at a restaurant, a couple months after they'd first met. This was on Greta, where the PI's most recent interview (that I'm aware of) was.
The books of a pharmacy can be investigated any time, for any reason by the State Investigator (Division of Licensing). They backtracked her drug bottles.

The PI has been very reticent in those interview. I would believe he has been told by LE not to reveal specific details.
He mentioned only that Daniel was worried about his mother and her associates/friends and drugs.
Is he the person that relayed the "mother in a coffin" remark?
Do you think Anna even knew what her assets/debts were?
It's possible that HK$ had taken over so completely, he presented assets as his and debts as hers.

Howard arrived at court today with bodyguards. I wonder who the bodyguards were? How is he paying bodyguards, at this point?

The Bahamian hearing that will determine who gets custody of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Dannielynn, is underway, and the three major players, Howard K. Stern, Larry Birkhead and Virgie Arthur, have all arrived to court.
According to MSNBC, the waiting crowd erupted in cheers when Birkhead set foot on the grounds.
As TMZ first reported, the judge in the Bahamas is inclined to issue a DNA order as early as today. We've learned that at some point in today's hearing, DNA experts are scheduled to testify.

Complaints had been filed IN THE PAST by both Virgie & Larry with the Bahamian Social Services. CTV is now reporting (they don't know why BSS denied it)
