Died at night? Had to die between 6:30 and 7:30?? They said he had been dead for some time before they found him.
I agree. Daniel was probably losing weight for a while. Refresh my memory- was the Illegal Aliens movied filmed in Aug. 2005? And, wasn't it summer of 2006 that Anna, Daniel and Howard stayed in Myrtle Beach with Ford and Gina, or am I thinking of Christmas 2005? Or was it both times? I could wade back through posts, but am too lazy at the present:)

Besides, she doesn't advocate a "50/50" marriage. She is always saying that women must serve men...that you never refuse him....you cook...you clean...give him sex anytime he asks....she's all for the man.

First of all, it would never happen so it is easy to say but just think about the mountains she will have to climb. Let's just take a look at her first six months. As an unborn child she is already being taken out of the country to avoid a paternity suit. She begins her life as her half brother dies within days of her birth. Her mother dies and numerous men are claiming the possibility they are her father which of course means, her mother was a slut. Because she is the only heir of ANS, she will be involved in numerous lawsuits before she is even two years old. She has to deal with the reputation of her mother, which if pictures and videos can speak to this, it will be challenging. Then we have to realize that this baby could have, at the very least, an addictive trait because of her pre-natal exposure to drugs. Sorry about the length of this but I have unfortunately had experience with this kind of thing. My sister died in an automobile accident and left a three year old child. The bio-father was not fit to raise a dog, let alone a toddler. We sought custody and was in court for over four years fighting this animal. We did win, but our daughter has had issues because of him all of her life. She is now 23, and he has just been indicted for murder. Believe me, she would have been better off not having to face these demons.
I thought Daniel was found unresponsive in the morning? Why did HK$ say he died at night? Why did he not just say he died the next morning when he was discovered to be unconscious?
It just seemed a little strange.

I've heard her only accidentally on the radio in the car. The whining callers are intolerable and Dr. Laura is too sure of her solutions. So, I'm not a fan.

I saw the program twice(I'm out on the West Coast), and I could have sworn he said she looked him up in 92-93, and they drifted apart around 94. Wonder if there is a transcript. I was pretty tired, so I could have gotten it wrong.

Correct. It was another case of commenting on the current post without catching up. I had not noticed the barely discernable print at the top of the document until it was pointed out.
Thinking out loud here....the DNA expert from the states (I'm horrible with names), is he at the hearing today? HKS showed today..."as well as can be expected", Larry shows, grinning as he has been the last few days and of course momma V....is there any chance that the DNA has already been done and that the DNA expert is there to testify to the RESULTS of the tests already performed?
I had heard he was coming perhaps to talk about how it is non-invasive...but with the gag order and all...is it possible it's already been done? If so, when and how was it obtained?
And, if there was NO 'deal' as Larry has said, then why the break with Opri? Could it have something to do with the way the DNA was obtained? Could that be the reason HKS says he will challenge the DNA?

Sorry to read about your family's trials. But, I am assuming your sister came from a normal, decent family. And yet,as an adult, she clearly made the wrong choices.
I do not believe either Virgie(28 yrs. a cop) or Larry(no known criminal history) should be judged to be unfit as custodians of this biological child/grandchild.
Anna rebelled in her late teens and even with good looks and intelligence, she made terrible choices. Virgie raised Daniel in his formative years and he was a wonderful young man, by all accounts.
We read about children raised in "perfect" families who are murderous scum. We also read about regular folks who overcome adversity and poverty to become fine individuals.
Life is not fair, each of us makes our own destiny from purpose, character and life's lessons.
Virgie and Larry have earned the right to raise Dannielyn in their families by taking her away from that monster. I am not sure I could have endured what Larry and Virgie have suffered with such grace.

And where was Anna' breakfast? (Normally 8-9)Did Howard take the tray at the door?? Was Anna pretty drugged at the time by Howard??
People aren't blind, deaf and dumb. What they don't realize is the importance of an event that doesn't pertain to them. We focus on OUR destination...not on someone else's. (That's why we bump into people, walls and trip...the kind where everyone laughs.)

It had to be before Anna died. In fact, before the big squabble with the house began....so right after he died. They weren't exactly on good terms after the BIG house squabble began and that was in October.
I saw that, thanks! I wonder if HKS was fudging the date though.
