I'm thinking KE had a hand in that, and like Howard pointing to the picture of Shane and ANS kissing in the ET episode.......this is another peg in the Stern Crime Team's blackmail of the Gibson's of the Bahamas.
Color me Pollyanna too...I think LB justs wants his daughter...and if he is dealing w/$tern, I think it is to let $tern have the rights to 'things' but LB just wants to be the dad to his baby girl.

Then there's the future trade*mark earnings from Dolls, books, Movies, TV..etc..Who knows what deals Howard has procured.

Eric Redding, a former agent to ANS, had a couple of diaries from the '92-'93 era. He said in an interview that he didn't reveal material from them, even in his book 'Great Big Beautiful Blonde'. I had the idea it was these that were being sold now.
No, I don't think they were. I did originally, and then I read something that said they were from her answering machine in her LA home. (And I wish I could tell you why I believed the answering machine story or where I got it, but I don't remember it now.)
Larry would be nuts to deal with Stern right now. Stern may be going down for the death of Daniel and/or Anna.
I wasn't a regualar ANS show watcher like several here, but I did catch a segment where she was house-hunting the house and she didn't have any money (because the Marshall case was unsettled)... so in the back of my mind I'm thinking from that report the KE was involved in the purchase of this house in Studio City.
I think the eBay auction says these are Eric and D'Eva's and The Bodyguard Somebody's, didn't it?
