Daniel Smith began taking a ''quite low'' dosage of prescription antidepressants four to six weeks ago, said forensic pathologist Cyril Wecht. He said he did not know whether the medication played any role in the death. He is still awaiting the results of toxicology tests to determine the cause of death.

Daniel was found last Sunday morning slumped in a chair, covered in blood and vomit. The cause of death has not been determined.

Smith ordered the follow-up autopsy to end "media speculation surrounding the matter," said her Bahamian lawyer, Michael Scott.

The baby looks kinda a lot like Thompson.

I've been saying all alone that the baby looks just like G. Ben Thompson and even if she didn't, there was every chance in the world that LB was not the father given the fact that ANS was a slut who virtually slept with half of the men in North America. I got some flack for those opinions and expect I'll get more now.

As for G. Ben Thompson and his famous "vasectomy" how many men who don't want to be stuck with a baby tell women they've slept with that they had a vasectomy when it wasn't true? There is no evidence to date that G. Ben Thompson ever had a vasectomy other than his say so. Clearly he does not want DL if he is her father.

After all his yammering and whining about his "great love affair" with ANS just how stupid and foolish would LB look if the DNA test proved he was not the father. That alone might be his reason for wanting to play Let's Make a Deal with HKS.

I've expressed a lot of disapproval about Virgie's behavior in this matter but now I must do a turn around. While I still don't like what I see as her motives and behavior, she is the best person to have custody of that baby. If she gets custody I still hope the courts appoint a GAL to protect DL's interests--financial and otherwise.

All those drugs would have made her comfused and made her think she was hearing voices from the grave, that could have been part of a conspiracy between HKS and KE.

I heard the PI specifically mention HKS, but I did not hear KE. Of course, I saw that he was on one of the shows last night, but I was on the telephone, and couldn't hear what he was saying.....

There was a couple of one liners on about the will...Howard talking with someone and asking about updating the will etc. The person said they remembered it because they were doing theirs at the time. Wonder if it was KE?? Anyone remember.

Also, there was a tidbit...that looked like it wasn't really supposed to be shown. Howard said: "Do you think Anna would protect me if I killed Daniel?? But no indication of when it was taped.

KE's fax didn't originate in The Bahamas, I don't think. She's telling him to courier some stuff over to her office, in L.A. and FedEx the rest.

Daniel was prescribed antidepressants just six weeks before his death because he was upset about a girlfriend.

What is with these shrinks giving a pill to numb all feelings in life. All young people have emotional breakups, it's part of growing up and you have to experience those feelings to grow and appreciate the right person when he/she comes into your life.

Anna Nicole Smith's Baby to Get Court Ordered DNA Test

Despite the fact that Anna Nicole Smith's ex boyfriend Larry Birkhead has fired his attorney, it appears that a DNA test will be performed to determine who the father is of Anna Nicole Smith's baby Dannielynn Hope. According to a report from AOL's TMZ.Com the judge in the paternity dispute over Anna Nicole's baby has made it clear -- DNA testing is about to happen.

Sources say the judge has ordered the parties back in court Tuesday where experts in the DNA field will be called to testify. It is unclear whether some or all of the DNA samples will already have been taken for Tuesday's hearing.

Us Weekly magazine had reported earlier that Larry Birkhead and Virgie Arthur arrived separately in the Bahamas on Friday afternoon to attend a crucial court hearing in the ongoing fight for custody of Anna Nicole Smith’s 6-month old daughter, Dannielynn.

The judge will determine if Howard K Stern is required to submit to a paternity test, even though he is listed on the baby’s birth certificate as her father. It is Birkhead’s hope that the DNA testing will take place today.

Both Stern and Birkhead claim to be Dannielynn’s biological father. Birkhead, 34, says that he’s anticipating a positive outcome to today’s hearing. “I’m hoping for the best,” he says. “I’m hoping for good news.”

The report also notes that says that he has confidence in the Bahamian court system. Birkhead arrived with his Bahamian lawyer, Emmrick Knowles, after his American attorney, Debra Opri and he parted ways.

I just remembered: KE was asked if Dr. Perper asked her to bring anything. KE said: "Yes". Her eyes told the rest. I'd call it evidence....Anna's file and ALL the prescriptions that KE ever wrote.

So if KE is an MD herself, why is she faxing an order of drugs to ANOTHER doctor to prescribe?

Was she setting him up, or was she up to the limit on what she could prescribe on some of these narcotics?

Also, if you take the fax at face value, she seems to be introducing herself to Kapoor.....at a point after Daniel died.

The Christmas video?? Was that aired by ET or someone else?? Anna was whacked in that from what I heard and there was KE...letting Howard take a picture of Anna in that condition.

Are we going to see TWO people go to jail for these deaths. No doubt that they contributed to it.

Wasn't KE also the one who was with her when she fell in the tub? What the hell were they doing to that girl!! Is KE the one that told Moe to put her in an ice bath and he was told by KE that it was "old fashioned" method. That scenario is still confusing because we don't know for certain whether there was ONE or TWO ice baths.

Right now, I think that KE told Moe to put her in the ice bath but KE was right there.

It seems to me that LB has been given the run around from the beginning on this court thing. Kind of like when you would ask your parents something and they would say "go ask your mom" and then your mom would say "Go ask your Dad". The Bahamas court wouldn't do anything without the US courts, and the US Courts wouldn't order anything for the Bahamian courts... like a freaking tennis match and LB caught in the middle with no justice anywhere.

I hope Thompson's karma bites him for helping ANS and HKS keep that man's presumed baby from him.

Even Virgie said that they had a good relationship until HKS came into the picture. The first thing a sociopath will do is isolate the person and remove all relationships because they know that the family/friends will warn them about the sociopath and they don't want the threat.
