I wonder if there was any conversation with Daniel and Virgie or his aunt before he died. People DO have premonitions of death for some reason.

In his press conference a couple of days ago, Birkhead was pretty clear and strong in his statement, "My baby is not for sale."
This was in response to the settlement question.
Something is up, we just haven't figured it out yet.

The Bahamas is pitiful. Lisa Bloom was right on target this morning. It's a country that encourages wrong doing to lure people there. It's a terrible law. They obviously don't care about fathers there.

Lawyers for one of them, ex-boyfriend, Larry Birkhead, are asking for a DNA test.
Birkhead, who said he's been putting a nursery together in California, plans to be there.
Another contender, Smith's latest companion Howard K. Stern, probably won't be. He remains in seclusion with the baby at Smith's seaside villa in the Bahamas. Stern is already listed as the father on Dannielynn’s birth certificate.

You don't even have to go outside the family for this one. Remember, Daniel was with Virgie from age 3 mos. until 6 years....the bonding years.

Ok I just got caaffeeinated and logged on and saw the news. I have to catch up a few pages back, but what is going on? Opri is no longer Larry's lawyer? Anybody know what happened? I am shocked!

Phil Keating, Fox, reporting from LA.
Says it is puzzling. No one is in Opri's office yet. Looked like things were going their way.
He observed LB and Opri in Florida and they seemed very friendly - bonded.
Then he goes into Vergie, HKS, LB who will be represented in court today to try to gain custody of DL.
