I may be mistaken but I think some here already came up with that conclusion? Didn't we? re: She died much earlier than 2 PM - once we had Moe's 2nd interview after he was re-interviewed by the police??? Not sure about the earlier time Stern was with her.....got to backtrack to those interviews.

I know we were asking what the official time of death was - but said that had not been stated yet.....just had the time the hospital declared her dead. And some said the coroner/pathologist should be able to determine time of death from the liver or something like that.

Good. Guess if true the world knows somebody initially was lying.....that's a start.

I never, ever like the Children and Youth Services types...BUT...I hope somebody in the Arizona CYS in Scottsdale better check out that Soto guy. File some kind of charges...this story is just sick. THE LITTLE BOY WAS PICTURED (WILLINGLY BY HIS DAD) IN THE MEDIA. It was everywhere...what the he## was this moron, Soto, thinking. As for the paper...I think a few firings out to be in order.

You know Lindsay Lohan was staying there and they evicted her after she OD'd and they had to have a house doctor try and save her (again, no hospital involved)... they did try and hush it up, but promptly told her to move out and not return.

Dr Perper is talking about the time of ANS's death, He stated that the body was still warm. He stated that the body temperature was 105.

Now was he talking about after death or was he referring to what the witnesses told him, which 105 was her temp on that Monday?

Sounds mixed up to me... we know she had a 105 on Monday. If she died and had a high temp on Thursday, how long would it have remained 105? Also, didn't we all figure out Methadone can cause high temps?

Yes indeedy - there have been volumes of time line analyses on this thread which definitively determined that death occurred before HK$ stepped off the elevator....and the lying began soon thereafter.

I have to rewind after it is over and listen to everything.
If her temp was 105F after death then something is seriously wrong. Maybe he suspects that her when she died her temp was at 105F and it would take her body some time to cool down to even 98.6F

Wow...is that ever backwards. Draw blood (with a needle) but forbid the use of a sterile swab (inside the cheek). In any event...the DNA needs tested.

Oh? I didn't know we ever had an official (clinical) time of death yet....but maybe we did. I just knew the hospital's time of declaring her dead - wasn't that at 2:49 pm? But we kept being told (mostly by Larry King in his interview of Moe) that surely Anna was dead already when he started his cpr - that's when Moe said - I thought I felt a pulse but I must have been mistaken.
